摘要： A process for forming a dye image is disclosed which comprises processing an image-wise exposed silver halide photographic emulsion with an aromatic primary amine color developing agent in the presence of bis pyrazolines obtained by reacting 3-acylamino-5-pyrazolones with para-hydroxybenzaldehydes having at least one of the ortho positions to the hydroxy group substituted with a member selected from halogen, alkyl, aryl, amino or amido groups. The invention includes the present dye forming coupler alone and combined with the silver halide emulsion layer.

摘要： An electric rice cooker includes a memory device having three storage areas for storing a plurality of cooking completion time data, a selection circuit selecting a desired cooking completion time data from the memory device, a display device displaying the selected cooking completion time data or the current time data and a lamp arrangement not only indicating the storage area from which the cooking completion time data displayed by the display device is read out but also indicating a current time display when the current time data is displayed by the display device. The selection circuit includes a memory timer switch and a pulse counter which counts the number of times the memory timer switch is pressed, and reads out a desired cooking completion time data from the designated storage area in the memory device on the basis of the result of the counting.

摘要： This invention presents a light-sensitive silver halide color photographic material having at least two silver halide emulsion layers having sensitivities in different spectral regions on the same side of a support, at least one layer of the layers comprising at least two silver halide emulsion layers with different sensitivities, in which each of the at least two silver halide emulsion layers with different sensitivities contains at least one kind of substantially monodispersed silver halide crystals and at least one silver halide emulsion layer of the layers comprises substantially silver iodobromide containing 4 mole % or more of silver iodide, and further the iodine content in the emulsion layer having the highest sensitivity is higher than that of the emulsion layer having a sensitivity second to the highest. The light-sensitive silver halide color photographic material of this invention has a wide latitude of exposure and can be developed suitably without receiving influence from the processing time of color development.

摘要： A housing for use with a variable resistor consisting of a spiral resistance element, a rotary shaft, a conductive slide plate and a top is disclosed. The housing includes a cylindrical body for supporting on its inner surface the resistance element, a first cylindrical panel engaged with one open end of the cylindrical body to close the open end and rotatably supporting the rotary shaft, a second cylindrical panel engaged with the other open end of the cylindrical body and rotatably supporting the rotary shaft, at least one pair of resilient engaging projections extended from at least one of the first and second cylindrical panels along the axis of the cylindrical body, and engaging recesses formed on an outer periphery of the cylindrical body at predetermined positions and respectively engaging with the resilient engaging projections when the first and second cylindrical panels are engaged with the cylindrical body to make up the housing for the variable resistor.
