摘要： A radio parameter control apparatus decides a radio parameter from which a throughput of UE is improved. A radio parameter control apparatus includes: a radio quality prediction unit (12) that predicts radio quality of a radio terminal due to change of a radio parameter of a radio cell; a resource-allocated number-of-communications prediction unit (13) that predicts the number of communications considered as allocation targets of radio resources in a radio cell due to the change of the radio parameter; a communication quality prediction unit (14) that predicts communication quality due to the change of the radio parameter based on a prediction result of the radio quality and a prediction result of the number of communications; and a radio parameter decision unit (15) that decides a radio parameter by which improvement of communication quality is predicted based on the predicted communication quality.

摘要： A handover properties estimation system includes a moving-route extraction unit which extracts moving routes which pass through a handover area or a neighboring area by using map information of the handover area and the neighboring area. The handover area is an area in which a handover process occurs between cells in a mobile communication system. The system further includes a moving-route handover properties calculation unit for calculating handover properties of the moving routes extracted by the moving-route extraction unit, by using radio-wave environment information of the moving routes.

The measurement report collection unit (10) collects a plurality of measurement reports generated by at least one mobile station (5), each of the measurement reports containing a measurement result of radio quality of a first cell (62) managed by a base station (4). The radio parameter determination unit (11) determines, based on the plurality of measurement reports so as to reduce the number of cell-edge mobile stations deemed to be located at a cell edge between the first cell (62) and a neighboring cell (61), an updated value of a radio parameter capable of changing coverage of the first cell (62).

摘要： Provided is a technique of calculating a proper margin according to the area or a radio propagation estimation method in the area design of wireless communication using a radio propagation simulator. From a storage part wherein information relating to positions where deterioration of a communication quality or a radio quality is confirmed and information relating to the radio conditions at the positions are associated with each other, a margin design system extracts positions where the radio conditions are equal, estimates the radio quality at the positions by the radio propagation simulator, and calculates the margin of a radio quality estimated value on the basis of the estimated radio quality.
