    摘要: A mobile equipment makes a connection setting by setting a connection to a base station apparatus, and after a communication with the base station apparatus is disconnected, makes a re-connect request to a base station apparatus that is capable of continuing the communication. The mobile equipment is allocated with a mobile equipment identifier for identifying the mobile equipment when making the connection setting, and is notified of the mobile equipment identifier and an address of a network layer of the base station apparatus to which the connection setting is made. The mobile equipment includes a connection re-establishment message processor to generate a re-connect request that includes the address and the mobile equipment identifier, and to send the re-connect request to the base station apparatus that is capable of continuing the communication, and a connection control unit to re-establish the connection to the base station apparatus that is capable of continuing the communication. The connection control unit re-establishes the connection according to mobile equipment information related to the connection setting acquired by the base station apparatus that is capable of continuing the communication, based on the address and the mobile equipment identifier.

    摘要: An algorithm in a multi-core processor having a plurality of cores for deciding processing allocation to each core to distribute the processing load thereof, and an efficient processing allocation algorithm simplified for software engineers are established. In order to achieve the above processing load distribution, the multi-core processor includes a plurality of basic modules divided into minimum configuration units, each having a uniform input/output format interface, so as to perform required processing contents in the overall processor. As an initial allocation, the above plurality of basic modules are allocated in distribution to the above plurality of cores, and subsequently, based on functional information of each core, the above plurality of initially allocated basic modules are relocated either periodically or at appropriate timing.

    摘要: A communications system having an ATM transmission line and an IP transmission line is disclosed that includes a base station capable of communicating with a mobile terminal through a radio link; and a radio network controller capable of communicating with the base station through the ATM or IP transmission line. The radio network controller includes a division part dividing transmission data into signals of a predetermined data size; a transmission part transmitting the divided signals to the base station at predetermined time intervals; a retransmission part retransmitting the signals transmitted to the base station when a response signal from the mobile terminal is not received within a predetermined period; a measuring part measuring a signal response period in a communications channel between the radio network controller and the mobile terminal through the base station; and a determination part determining the predetermined data size based on the measured response period.

In this packet transferring/transmitting method, an upper node 1 determines the implementation of handover (determination step), and a handover addressing node 2 transfers, of a plurality of packets, a non-transmitted residual packet to a handover addressed node 3, and the upper node 1 transmits a new packet to the handover addressed node 3 (transfer/transmission step). This enables maintaining the number of users to be accommodated while securing a wide bandwidth, sharing a line with high efficiency at soft handover, avoiding data residual in the case of the employment of variable communication rate, and preventing an increase in retransmission.
