摘要: Disclosed are hollow polymer particles composed of a crosslinked polymer having a comparatively small particle diameter and a narrow particle diameter distribution, an aqueous dispersion of the particles, and an ink having good flying property. The hollow polymer particles are obtained by emulsion-polymerizing a crosslinkable polymerizable monomer composition absorbed in seed particles and containing a crosslinkable monomer component and a hydrophilic monomer component, wherein the seed particles are particles of a polymer having a weight average molecular weight of 500 to 15,000, and obtained by emulsion-polymerizing 100 parts by mass of a non-crosslinkable polymerizable monomer in the presence of 0.01 to 5 parts by mass of a chain transfer agent composed of at least one compound selected from the group consisting of α-methylstyrene dimer, thiuram disulfides and terpene hydrocarbons. The ink contains the hollow polymer particles.

摘要: To provide an art capable of easily generating accurate teaching data from a small number of teacher images. The image of a standard object is captured to extract a characteristic value from the teacher image of the standard object through image processing while making a user input the already-known knowledge for a configuration of an object and an object such as a tolerance and entering the knowledge in a knowledge base. Then, context data in which various attributes which can be objects are described together with their semantics is generated in accordance with the characteristic value extracted from the teacher image of the standard object and the knowledge entered in the knowledge base. Moreover, attributes corresponding to types of characteristic values used for recognition processing are extracted from the context data entered in the knowledge base to generate the teaching data for the recognition processing.

摘要: A manufacturing apparatus has a joining mechanism for bonding a photosensitive web to a glass substrate such that a cushion layer thereof faces the glass substrate, thereby to produce a joined substrate. The manufacturing apparatus also has a cooling mechanism for forcibly cooling the joined substrate with cooling air, a heating mechanism for heating the cushion layer to a temperature in a predetermined temperature range up to a glass transition temperature thereof, and a peeling mechanism for peeling off a base film of the photosensitive web from the heated joined substrate. The cooling mechanism, the heating mechanism, and the peeling mechanism are successively arranged in the direction in which the joined substrate is fed along.

摘要: A processing system which enables automation of processing of sheet bodies with a view to raising efficiency of operations, from stacking to packing. A plurality of paper sheaves, which have been produced by cutting and chopping, are transported in a width direction, sequentially fed to a transfer conveyor, transported from the transfer conveyor in a length direction, and fed to a cover sheet application device. At the cover sheet application device, the paper sheaves are superposed with cover sheets, and fed to an inversion apparatus. At the inversion apparatus, the paper sheaves are inverted such that the cover sheets are at upper sides, and are fed out to another cover sheet application device. At this cover sheet application device, the cover sheets are superposed with lower face sides of the paper sheaves. Hence, the paper sheaves, with the cover sheets superposed at both upper and lower faces thereof, are bagged.
