    摘要： The image forming apparatus is provided with: a toner image carrying member that moves while carrying a toner image; a transferring member that transfers, on a recording medium, the toner image that the toner image carrying member carries; a transporting unit that transports the recording medium along a transport path that passes through a transfer region where the transferring member transfers the toner image onto the recording medium; and a controller that controls a movement speed of the toner image carrying member. The controller changes the movement speed of the toner image carrying member in accordance with a position, on the transport path, of the recording medium that the transporting unit transports.

    摘要： An image-forming device which is equipped with an image-holding member, an exposure section provided with plural light-emitting portions arranged in a first direction, a movement section that relatively moves the exposure section and the image-holding member in a second direction that intersects with the first direction, and a light-emission control section. The light-emission control section causes the plural light-emitting portions to periodically emit light in accordance with image data representing an image that is to be formed on the image-holding member, to form the image on the image-holding member. The light-emission control section varies a light-emission period during formation of the image, so as to correct for periodic fluctuations within the image of at least one of density and magnification ratio in the second direction.

    摘要： An electrophotographic printing apparatus comprises a paper-conveying device conveying a continuous paper sheet in a definite conveyance direction, a plurality of photoreceptors disposed downstream from the paper-conveying device at regular intervals in the conveyance direction of the continuous paper sheet, and one or more idler rollers that are disposed between the paper-conveying device and the most upstream photoreceptor and that rotate passively while contacting the continuous paper sheet wrapping around the rollers. The idler roller that the continuous paper sheet is in contact with at the largest wrap angle has a circumference that is equal to the whole or a fractional length of the interval between the axes of two adjacent photoreceptors.
