Abstract: A pressure regulator device, particularly a dome-loaded pressure regulator, regulating a blowing pressure in a blowmolding machine, including a regulator chamber. The regulator chamber includes a primary pressure port for introduction of primary medium into the regulator chamber with primary pressure, and a secondary pressure port for discharging primary medium from the regulator chamber with secondary pressure. A regulator piston is mounted displaceably inside the regulator chamber, movable into an open and a closed position by a switch position of a valve control device for controlling and/or setting the primary and/or secondary pressure. The valve control device includes a control chamber, and a sealing device arranged at a lower movement stop inside the control chamber between the secondary pressure port and the control means, such that contact of the primary medium with the control means is prevented at least partly, preferably completely, independently of the control pressure and/or primary pressure.

Abstract: Disclosed are a device for reshaping preforms to plastic containers (2), a transport device (1), as well as a method for transporting plastic containers (2) or preforms. The transport device (1) comprises a motor drive (5) having a drive shaft (15) that drives a support (17) with at least two gripping and/or support elements (4) for the respective plastic containers (2) or preforms to be transported in a rotary fashion, wherein the gripping and/or support elements (4) are mounted with a linear bearing (21) so as to be movable relative to the support, wherein the linear bearing has at least one rail, which is surrounded at least in sections by a cage (71), and that a plurality of rollers (72), in particular more than 50 rollers, which roll on the rail (73), is arranged in the cage (71).

Abstract: An apparatus for forming plastic preforms into plastic containers, includes at least one forming station which forms the plastic preforms into the plastic containers by applying a flowable medium to the plastic preforms, wherein the forming station includes a blow mold, and a rod-like body which is insertable into the plastic preforms via a mouth of the plastic preforms, and a moving device which is configured for moving the rod-like body in the longitudinal direction of the plastic performs. Abstract: Provided is a method for treating plastic preforms, wherein the plastic preforms are transported in a row by a feed transport device and are separated by a separating device, wherein the separating device has a carrier which is rotatable with respect to a predetermined axis of rotation and has on its outer circumference a plurality of recesses for receiving the plastic preforms in a takeover area and which are equidistant from one another in a circumferential direction of the carrier, wherein the separating device transporting the plastic preforms separately along a predetermined transport path section, and wherein the separating device transferring the plastic preforms in a transfer area to a further transport device which transports the plastic preforms further at a predetermined transport speed. During a start-up process, the separating device increases a transport speed at which it conveys the plastic preforms from the takeover area to the transfer area.

Abstract: A blowing mold array includes a blowing mold unit forming a cavity, inside of which plastic preforms are expanded to plastic containers. The blow mold unit includes a blowing mold retainer having at least two mold retainer elements for accommodating parts of the blowing mold unit, and a locking mechanism to arrest at least one part of the blowing mold unit against at least one mold retainer element. The locking mechanism includes an engagement element that can be pivoted and/or shifted relative to a default axis, which in an arrested state abuts a segment of a part of the blowing mold unit. The locking mechanism has an actuating element to loosen the arrest between the mold retaining element and the blowing mold unit. Actuation of the actuating element is coupled with actuation of the engagement element.
