    摘要: A light-emitting diode (LED) array light source includes a substrate, a meshed light-shielding layer, LED chips, and a micro-lens array. The meshed light-shielding layer includes bar-shaped light-shielding patterns intersected with one another to define openings. Each bar-shaped light-shielding pattern has a bottom surface, a top surface, and two side surfaces. A width of the top surface is smaller than that of the bottom surface. A thickness of the meshed light-shielding layer is T1. Each LED chip is exclusively located in one of the openings. The micro-lens array covers the substrate, the meshed light-shielding layer, and the LED chips and includes micro-lenses arranged in array. Each micro-lens includes a base portion and a lens portion, and is disposed corresponding to one of the openings, respectively. A vertical distance from a top portion of each micro-lens to the bottom surface is T2, and 0.278≦T1/T2≦0.833.

    摘要: A composite color separation system, comprises: a light control module, a light guide module and a light splitting module. The light control module has a lighting unit and a lens unit, in which the lighting unit includes an array of lighting elements whereas there are at least two types of lighting elements in the array for emitting at least two beams of different wavelengths. The light from the lighting unit is directed to enter the lens unit before being discharged out of the light control module. The light guide module comprises: a first light incident surface, for receiving the beams from the light control module; a first light emergence surface; and a light guide structure, for guiding the beams to the first light emergence surface where they are discharged out of the light guide module to the light splitting module. The light splitting module is used for splitting the beams.

    摘要: An optical sheet including a plurality of optical anisotropic films is provided. The optical anisotropic films of the optical sheet are alternately stacked on one another. Each optical anisotropic film has a plurality of main axis refractive indexes nx, ny and nz. The main axis refractive indexes nx and ny are in-plane main refractive indexes, and the main axis refractive index nz is a thickness-wise refractive index. The main axis refractive index nx is the minimum or the maximum among the main axis refractive indexes nx, ny and nz. Each optical anisotropic film has an optcial axis, and a direction of the optical axis is the same to a main axis direction of the main axis refractive index nx. The optical axes of the optical anisotropic films sequentially rotates along a predetermined in a thickness direction, and a totally rotation angle thereof is greater than or equal to 360 degrees.

    摘要: A directional light distributing optical element includes a light incident surface and a light emission curved surface. The light incident surface receives a light emitted by a light source. The light emission curved surface and a first plane are intersected to form a first curve. The first curve has a plurality of first curve segments, and each first curve segment includes at least three first tangent points. After passing each first tangent point along a connecting line of the light source and each first tangent point, the light exits along a first axis, and an included angle formed between the first axis and an optic axis is greater than −15° and smaller than 15°. Thus, the light after passing the directional light distributing optical element forms a one-dimensional directional light.

    摘要: A color dividing optical device has an integrated structure of dual surfaces, each has a micro/nano structure. The optical device can perform beam splitting and color dividing on an incident light source, which has a constitution from multiple different wavelengths. In a space, the original incident light source is equally split into multiple light beams in an array, according to light intensity. At the same time, the light beam constituted from different wavelengths is divided into multiple sub-light sources, according to the wavelength, so as to have the function to propagate a color array with color dividing. The optical device with capability of modulating the color wavelengths can transform the wide-band incident light source into sub-light beams in array with color dividing (wavelength dividing) and beam splitting.

    摘要: A composite optical-dividing component receives a light beam. There are mixed-bands in the light beam. The composite optical-dividing component includes a first optical-patch and a second optical-patch. The first optical-patch has multiple micro-structural lenses in an identical shape. Each micro-structural lens receives the light beam and generates a deflecting light in some degrees of condense. The second optical patch has multiple polygonal structures. Some polygonal structures are periodic and provide the function of deflection in order to receive the deflecting light and then separate multiple bands from the beam. In accordance with wavelengths in multiple bands, the bands are emitted to a target area (RGB) in a plane, respectively. Another part of the polygonal structures has the capability of light refraction, which receives the deflecting light and deflects and the rest of the bands in the beam. And it is emitted to a target area (W) in a plane.
