    摘要： The present invention relates to a hot rolling high-pressure fluid descaling method and descaling apparatus. The apparatus comprises at least one descaling unit, a axial direction of a main pipe header of the descaling unit and a rolling stock transportation direction intersect. Each nozzle ejects fluid onto a surface of the rolling stock to form an impact region. The adjacent impact regions are presented in an alternate pattern on the surface of the rolling stock. The center lines of the impact regions along a longitudinal direction are spaced apart by a specific distance, and the center lines are essentially perpendicular to the rolling stock transportation direction.

    摘要： A laser module capable of being connected onto a circuit board includes a main body having a front opening, a rear opening, and an inner wall, a focusing lens connected in the front opening, a housing mounted to the exterior of the main body and enclosing the main body, with one end of the housing corresponding to the focusing lens having a through hole and the other end having an opening to accommodate the insertion of the main body into the housing. The laser module also includes a laser diode press-fitted onto the inner wall of the main body from the rear opening of the main body and aligned with the focusing lens as well as electrically connected to the circuit board, an image lens aligned with the focusing lens, an air-tight structure to seal the image lens inside the housing, a temperature sensor positioned under the laser diode as well as disposed on and electrically connected with the circuit board, and a temperature control plate positioned under the laser diode and the temperature sensor as well as disposed in the rear opening of the main body.

    摘要： An apparatus for measuring the speed of an object includes a first laser source for emitting a first laser plane at an intended path, and a second laser source for emitting a second laser plane at the intended path, with the second laser source positioned from the first laser source at a known distance. The apparatus further includes a detector system positioned to receive a first laser light and a second laser light that have been reflected from the first laser plane and the second laser plane, respectively, upon reflection of the first and second laser planes off the object. The detector system generates a first pulse signal and a second pulse signal, respectively, in response to the receipt of the first and second laser lights, respectively. The apparatus also includes a signal processing circuit coupled to the detector system for calculating the speed of an object passing through the intended path based on the first and second pulse signals generated by the detector system.

    摘要： A method of manufacturing a laser module is provided, which includes the steps of providing a one-piece cylindrical housing having a bore, a front window and a rear opening, securing a lens piece in the bore adjacent the front window, introducing a laser diode into the bore through the rear opening, applying a force to the laser diode to insert the laser diode into the bore while simultaneously focusing the lens, and ceasing the application of force when the lens has been accurately focused. The present invention also provides a method of focusing the lens, which includes the steps of passing a laser beam from the laser diode through the lens, splitting the beam that has passed through the lens into separate first and second beams, directing the first beam at a first light receiving device, and directing the second beam at a second light receiving device, with respective dots being created at the first and second light receiving devices, and varying the distance between the lens and the laser diode until the dots received at the first and second light receiving devices have the same size.
