摘要: An LED light structure with combination device has at least including plural LED lights and plural fixing bases, wherein the LED light having a protruding portion mounted at one side thereof and the protruding portion having a thread mounted thereon for fixing with the fixing base which is a metal base with high heat sinking efficiency, and the fixing base has a through trough with a thread mounted thereinside, which is matching to the thread on the protruding portion of the LED light, so as to screw with the protruding portion of the LED light in a tight matching. Here, the protruding portion of the LED light can be a T shaped track and the fixing base can correspondingly have a T shaped trough matching to the shape of the protruding portion of the LED light, so that the LED light and the fixing base can be tightly embedded together.

摘要: An LED lamp at least includes an LED lamp set and an adjustment assembly. The LED lamp set includes an LED set and a cooling set. The LED set includes at least one LED lamp element which is replaceable individually and a holder to hold the LED lamp element. The cooling set is fastened to the holder. The adjustment assembly includes an adjustment member and an adjustment holder that contain mating engaging portions engageable with each other. The adjustment member is coupled with the adjustment holder and the LED lamp set to provide adjustment function of light illumination angle. The invention further includes an assembly dock coupled with a plurality of LED lamp sets and adjustment assemblies according to requirements to enhance expandability and usability. The structure thus formed can be assembled and disassembled easily, and also provides greater expandability, replacement capability and practicality.

摘要: A wide angle LED lamp structure provides a LED holder, which can be adjusted to have wide angle illumination range, embedded in a LED room of a heat dissipation base, cooperating with lamp cover and light reflection board, so that the illumination range becomes wider while maintaining the brightness even, and also the dazzle from LED lamp can be reduced. Besides, the LED holder can be replaced according to the different needs of illumination range, and the number of LED bulbs on the inclined plane of LED holder also can be varied in accordance with a user's demands, thereby enhancing the efficiency of each lamp.

摘要: A LED heat sink and a method of manufacturing same are disclosed. The LED heat sink includes a holding zone bordered by one or more anchor portion of a higher elevation. The anchor zone has an upper side formed a compact stamping zone. The compact stamping zone is stamped forcefully through a mold in a diagonal direction towards the holding zone such that the material of the anchor zone is squeezed above the holding zone to form a latch hook to latch and press a LED lamp onto the holding zone so that the LED lamp is tightly in contact with the heat sink. Thus a forced transfer effect can be achieved to rapidly reduce the temperature of the LED lamp.

摘要: An improved heat-dissipation structure includes a heat-dissipation lamp frame which comprises: a heat-dissipation structure and a plurality of heat-dissipation lamp sets. The heat-dissipation structure has a plurality of heat-dissipation fins on one side thereof, and the heat-dissipation lamp sets are accommodated on the other side of the heat-dissipation structure. An inlay slot is formed along the perimeter of the heat-dissipation lamp sets and is used to accommodate a light guiding tube which is a hollow and tube-like structure and has an inlay rim. The light guiding tube passes through the opening and is inlaid in the inlay slot of the heat-dissipation lamp frame. A casing is a metallic shell and has a through-hole on one side thereof to accept the heat-dissipation lamp frame. The casing has an opening on the other side thereof. A light-permeable cover is a light-permeable hood and has a contact plane on one side thereof.

摘要: A heat plate mainly includes a hollow body and a plurality of caps. The hollow body is fabricated integrally by aluminum extrusion and has a hollow chamber inside. The hollow chamber has an inner side with a plurality of angular strips formed thereon to enhance heat dissipation efficiency and a plurality of spacing ribs to divide the hollow chamber into a plurality of housing space to hold a liquid to increase the heat dissipation efficiency. The hollow body has one surface with a plurality of sliding tracks formed thereon, a latch flute on the left side and right side to wedge in the sliding tracks of another heat plate to enhance the heat dissipation efficiency. The hollow body has another surface with a PCB circuit formed thereon. Electronic elements may be soldered on the PCB circuit to achieve optimal heat dissipation efficiency.

摘要: The present invention discloses a tubular heat dispersing structure which utilizes tubular channel to contact with the heat source(s) and the heat conductor for restricting the heated air. When the flowing air flows into the channel, it is to produce the flowing naturally, and the heated air flows toward the opening rapidly. Therefore, the structure of the present invention can form air flowing actively for achieving the heat dispersing effect. Besides, the structure of the present invention also can have varied geometric shapes and sizes for corresponding to different shapes of different heat sources and heat conductors, so that a better stacked attachment therebetween can be achieved, thereby saving the cost of building the molds and corresponding to the heat dispersing requirements of various power.

摘要: An LED lamp bulb structure is disclosed, in which a lamp controller is installed inside a lamp head and the bottom surface of the lamp controller is fixed by an upper cover. At the bottom surface of the upper cover, a heat dispersing fin set, which has at least one heat conducting tube installed therein, and a lower cover are fixed. Furthermore, a bulb housing, which has a tray mounted therein, is screwed around the peripheral edge of the lower cover, and at the bottom of the tray, plural LED lamp sets corresponding to plural heat conducting tubes are outwardly extended. Therefore, the heat produced by the LED lamp sets can have a heat exchange through plural heat conducting tubes and the heat dispersing fin set for achieving a better heat dispersing effect and for more effectively dispersing the heat.
