Motion vector encoding apparatus includes predicted motion vector generator that generates adjacent motion vectors of current block with respect to each of reference pictures and generates each predicted motion vector of the current block from the generated adjacent motion vectors, motion estimator that determines final motion vector of the current block and final reference picture corresponding to the final motion vector with regard to search regions of the reference pictures, differential unit that obtains difference between the final motion vector of the current block and final predicted motion vector corresponding to the determined final reference picture among the predicted motion vectors, and unit for encoding information about the final reference picture and the difference.

摘要： An apparatus and a method for controlling operation of a reciprocating compressor is capable of reducing a stroke estimation error by eliminating an error that occurs due to resistance and inductance of a compressor motor by estimating a stroke with a counter electromotive force induced by a searching coil. Furthermore, by leaving errors of inductance and resistance, among all motor parameters, out of consideration in stroke estimation, a stroke estimation error can be reduced.

A frame unit is installed in the case and a compression unit, including a cylinder is installed in the frame unit. 摘要： A discharge valve apparatus for a reciprocating compressor comprises a discharge cover having built-in volume so as to cover a front end surface of the cylinder; a discharge valve disposed so as to be contacted/separated to/from the front end surface of the cylinder by a piston which undergoes a reciprocating movement inside the cylinder; and a valve spring having both ends respectively adhered to rear side of the discharge valve and to inner surface of the discharge cover so as to elastically support the rear side of the discharge valve. A rotation radius of the valve spring of a conical type is formed to be gradually reduced or increased so that impacts of a part to other parts during the compression can be prevented. Accordingly, when the valve spring is compressed in accordance with the compression and discharge strokes of the piston, the impacting noise caused by the impacts of the respective parts in the valve spring can be prevented previously.

The stator structure includes a stator having a hollow cylindrical outer core and an inner core inserted into the outer core and formed as a plurality of mutually coupled hollow cylindrical stacked bodies and a winding coil connected into the outer core and an armature having a permanent magnet attached at one side thereof and movably inserted between the outer core and the inner core.

A video encoding apparatus, which does not need to record intra mode information, includes a mode selector that selects one from among a plurality of intra modes on the basis of a directionality of at least one neighboring block that has already been reconstructed before a current block is reconstructed, an intra predictor that obtains a prediction block of the current block from the at least one neighboring block according to the directionality of the selected mode, and obtains a residual block by subtracting the prediction block from the current block, and a unit for encoding the obtained residual block.

摘要： An intra-prediction encoding/decoding apparatus and method is provided that omits transmission of prediction mode information using characteristics of reference pixels. The present disclosure provides an intra-prediction encoding apparatus and method for omitting transmission of additional information of a predicted mode of the current block through the use of characteristics of reference pixels adjacent to a current block and thereby reducing overhead when a bitstream is generated, and improving the efficiency of encoding and decoding an image while maintaining the accuracy of intra-predictions.The intra-prediction encoding apparatus includes a characteristic information calculator for calculating characteristic information of a directionality by selecting at least one reference pixels adjacent to a current block to encode, a comparer for comparing between a predetermined reference value and the characteristic information of the directionality calculated by the characteristic information calculator, a prediction mode determining unit for determining a prediction mode for the current block to be a mode corresponding to the selected reference pixel when a result of the comparison performed by the comparer satisfies a predetermined condition, and an encoder for encoding a residual between a predicted block according to the determined mode and the current block, and omitting encoding mode information of the determined mode when the result of the comparison satisfies the predetermined condition.
