摘要： A sling leather seat, seven inches wide, and approximately 29-30 inches long, having first and second end pieces and a center segment upon which a turret gunner can be seated, has a first ring between the first end piece and the middle segment, and a second ring between the second end piece and the middle segment. A leather waist belt is connected to the sling seat by a pair of elongated tethers connected between the first and second rings and the waist belt, respectively, including chains, cables and/or straps as the tethers which are of a length to allow the gunner to stand up, off the sling seat, but which will prevent the gunner from being ejected from the gun turret in the event of a vehicle rollover. The first and second end pieces of the sling seat are connected to a pair of rings, respectively, on the interior of the gun turret. The body belt in the preferred embodiment is tethered to the sling seat. In an alternative embodiment, the body belt can be tethered to a third ring anchored at or near the gunner's feet inside the turret. Alternative embodiments use PALS webbing stitched to a seat cover for Humvee, truck or tank seats, or for Gunners' Turret Panels, used to accommodate MOLLE pouches of various utility.

摘要： A corporate amplifier is defined as and includes a plurality of N amplifier modules where N is a positive integer that is greater than one. The plurality of amplifier modules are driven by a power splitter which takes a signal that is to be amplified and divides it into N equal amplitude components. Each component is applied to a member of the plurality of N amplifier modules for amplification. The outputs of the power amplifier modules are combined by a power combiner that has N input terminals with each input terminal being connected to an output terminal of a member of the plurality of N amplifier modules. A fault detector detects failure of one or more of the plurality of N amplifier modules and provides a fault signal indicating thereby a failed amplifier module. A compensation circuit compensates both the power splitter and the power combiner means so that if a fault is detected in one or more of the plurality of N amplifier modules the performance of the corporate amplifier will be optimized.

摘要： Isolation is provided to two signal sources whose output signals are combined by the use of an outphasing technique. A first divider divides the signal from a first signal source into two signals and a second divider divides the signal from the second signal source into two additional signals. A first output of the first divider and a first output of the second divider are connected together by an attenuator and delay line which is used to cancel the leakage across a hybrid combiner. A second output of the first divider and second divider is applied to the hybrid combiner where the two signals are combined to obtain a combination signal that has enhanced isolation.
