In the glass panel, a plurality of spacers (3) are formed between and along a first opposing face (2A) of a first glass sheet (1A) and a second opposing face (2B) of a second glass sheet (1B) so as to form a space (C) therebetween, and a sealing material (6) is provided at peripheral edge (1a) of the first glass sheet (1A) and the second glass sheet (1B) for maintaining the space (C) gas-tight.     摘要: A ring mold unit for shaping and tempering a glass sheet includes a shaping ring mold for bending a glass sheet heated to a temperature close to the softening point of glass, in association with upper and lower mold members, and a cooling ring mold for supporting the bent glass sheet while the glass sheet is being quenched and tempered by a cooling medium. The shaping ring mold has a thermally insulating member on its upper surface for supporting thereon, in surface-to-surface contact, the glass sheet inwardly of a peripheral edge thereof. The cooling ring mold is disposed outwardly of the shaping ring mold and having a shape complementary to the shape of the peripheral edge of the glass sheet for supporting the peripheral edge of the glass sheet. The cooling ring mold has recesses defined in the upper surface thereof, and is covered with a punched metal.

    摘要: An apparatus for bending a glass sheet has at least a lower mold, a conveyor device for conveying the heated glass sheet to a prescribed position over the lower mold, and a plurality of rolls for supporting the glass sheet in the prescribed position. A method of bending a glass sheet is carried out by utilizing the apparatus. The apparatus also includes a device for lowering the rolls to a position below the shaping surface of the lower mold, and an arrangement in the lower mold for accommodating the rolls which have been lowered. The apparatus may additionally have an upper mold coacting with the lower mold. The method comprises the steps of lowering the rolls below the shaping surface of the lower mold, transferring the glass sheet from the rolls onto the shaping surface of the lower mold while the rolls are lowered, and bending the glass sheet into conformity with the shaping surface of the lower mold under gravitational forces. The method may also include the step of lowering the upper mold simultaneously with the downward movement of the rolls, and press bending the glass sheet between the upper and lower molds.

    摘要: A powder container for an image forming apparatus includes: a rotatable powder storage storing powder; an opening on one end of the powder storage, through which a nozzle can be inserted; and a scooping portion to scoop up powder on an opening side, and supply the powder to a powder receiving hole of the nozzle when the powder storage rotates. The scooping portion includes a scooping surface extending inwardly from an inner wall surface of the powder storage and an inner end portion extending in a rotation axis direction of the powder storage, with an edge approximately parallel to the rotation axis. In a cross-section perpendicular to the rotation axis, the scooping surface is inclined toward an upstream side in a rotation direction of the powder storage with respect to a virtual line that passes through the rotation axis and is tangent to the edge of the inner end portion.

The connection includes a tubular boss portion; and a fitting shaft portion fitted into the tubular boss portion. An inner shaft portion is provided in a projecting manner from bottom center of the tubular boss portion toward inside the tubular boss portion. An inner recessed portion into which the inner shaft portion fits is provided in center of a leading edge plane for fitting of the fitting shaft portion. Micro gaps are provided between an inner surface of the tubular boss portion and an outer surface of the fitting shaft portion and between an inner surface of the inner recessed portion and an outer surface of the inner shaft portion.
