The third access node is a child node associated with the second access node. The third access node communicates with the second access node via at least one backhaul link. The configuration parameters comprise an identifier indicating the first cell and backhaul information of the at least one backhaul link. The first access node determines, based on the backhaul information, a handover of a wireless device to the first cell. The first access node transmits, to the second access node, a message requesting the handover of the wireless device to the first cell.

摘要: A wireless device receives one or more radio resource control message comprising configuration parameters of a plurality of cells. An activation command indicating activation of a plurality of secondary cells (SCells) of the plurality of cells is received. A first downlink control information (DCI), comprising a power saving indication bitmap, is received. Each bit of the power saving indication bitmap indicates whether to monitor a downlink control channel on a corresponding activated SCell of the plurality of SCells. The wireless device starts monitoring a downlink control channel of an activated SCell of the activated SCells, in response to a bit, of the power saving indication bitmap, corresponding to the activated SCell, indicating monitoring the downlink control channel. A second DCI is received via the downlink control channel.

The negative acknowledgements are for one or more first code block groups of a first transport block corresponding to a first hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process and one or more second code block groups of a second transport block corresponding to a second HARQ process. The wireless device determines that a size of a first configured grant is sufficient to retransmit the one or more first code block groups and the one or more second code block groups. Based on the determining, the wireless device retransmits, via radio resources of the first configured grant, the one or more first code block groups and the one or more second code block groups.

The random access response indicates a first backoff indicator indicating a first backoff time interval of the first sub-band. The random access response indicates a second backoff indicator indicating a second backoff time interval of the second sub-band. The wireless device determines a preamble retransmission for the random access procedure. The wireless device selects, as a backoff time interval, a shorter one of the first backoff time interval and the second backoff time interval. The wireless device performs, at a time based on the backoff time interval, a listen-before-talk procedure.
