摘要: The present invention relates to a graft copolymer, a thermoplastic resin composition including the graft copolymer, and a method of preparing the thermoplastic resin composition. More specifically, the present invention provides a graft copolymer having a shell in which silica modified with a specific compound is dispersed within a specific content range, a thermoplastic resin composition including the graft copolymer, and a method of preparing the thermoplastic resin composition.In the graft copolymer according to the present invention, since silica modified with a specific compound is dispersed in the periphery of rubber particles, that is, in the shell of the graft copolymer, the dispersibility of the graft copolymer may be improved. Therefore, the graft copolymer may have transparency equal to or better than a conventional graft copolymer. In addition, compared to a resin composition having an equivalent rubber content, the thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention may have excellent physical properties, such as impact strength and tensile strength.

摘要: Disclosed are a method of preparing a resin powder and an integrated reactor for the same. When a coagulation process is performed using an acidic coagulant in the integrated coagulator for latex coagulation and aging according to the present invention, a remaining acidic coagulant is also removed from a reactor through neutralization, and thus, a resin powder having enhanced moist-heat resistance and thermal stability may be prepared.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a thermoplastic resin composition and a molded article manufactured from the same. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to a thermoplastic resin composition including (A) a graft copolymer prepared by graft-copolymerizing a conjugated diene rubber, a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester compound, a methylene butyrolactone compound, and an aromatic vinyl compound; and (B) a copolymer prepared by copolymerizing a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester compound, an aromatic vinyl compound, and a vinyl cyanide compound, and a molded article manufactured from the thermoplastic resin composition. In accordance with the present disclosure, a thermoplastic resin composition having superior heat resistance and transparency and a molded article manufactured from the same are provided.

摘要: The present invention provides a transparent acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) resin and a transparent ABS resin composition. Specifically, according to the present invention, a transparent ABS resin and a transparent ABS resin composition, which have excellent transparency and impact resistance, can be provided by minimizing the degree of impregnation of a styrene monomer into a polybutadiene rubber latex while allowing the styrene monomer to constitute a graft shell to thereby effectively form the graft shell. Particularly, according to the present invention, a transparent ABS resin composition having high transparency and impact resistance can be provided, despite applying a reducing agent and Fe ions, which adversely affected the transparency of ABS resin in the prior art, to ABS resin.

摘要: The present invention provides a thermoplastic resin composition which includes: A-1) a first copolymer including a first conjugated diene-based polymer, an alkyl (meth)acrylate-based monomer unit, and an aromatic vinyl-based monomer unit, wherein the first conjugated diene-based polymer has an average particle diameter of 0.05 to 0.2 μm; A-2) a second copolymer including a second conjugated diene-based polymer, an alkyl (meth)acrylate-based monomer unit, and an aromatic vinyl-based monomer unit, wherein the second conjugated diene-based polymer has an average particle diameter of 0.23 to 0.5 μm; B) a third copolymer including an alkyl (meth)acrylate-based monomer unit and an aromatic vinyl-based monomer unit; and C) a plasticizer having a viscosity of 700 to 10,000 cP, wherein the plasticizer is included at 0.3 to 5 wt %. The thermoplastic resin composition is excellent in all of transparency, impact resistance, and flowability.
