    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for preparing a weather resistant reinforced acrylate based resin. More specifically, an activator-free conversion rate improver is included in an acrylate-styrene based graft copolymer, thereby improving the haze value, light transmittance, and yellow index when mixed with an acrylate-styrene based non-graft copolymer, and securing the weather resistance. In particular, according to the present invention, a weather resistant reinforced thermoplastic resin having excellent colors which are close to natural colors can be provided even without using sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate (SFS) and iron ions.

More particularly, disclosed are a transparent thermoplastic resin composition comprising A) 100 parts by weight of a rubber-reinforced thermoplastic transparent resin, and B) 0.01 to 2 parts by weight of a dihydrocarbyl pentaerythritol diphosphite wherein the A) rubber-reinforced thermoplastic transparent resin is prepared by polymerizing 5 to 60% by weight of a conjugated diene rubber, 20 to 70% by weight of a methacrylic acid alkyl ester monomer or an acrylic acid alkyl ester monomer, 8 to 50% by weight of an aromatic vinyl monomer and 0 to 20% by weight of a vinyl cyanide monomer, and a molded article prepared therefrom.Advantageously, provided are a transparent thermoplastic resin composition which exhibits superior transparency, impact strength and processability and in particular, does not discolor even during long-term storage and does not discolor at 40 to 80° C., which is the condition of container transportation in the summer, and a molded article prepared therefrom.

Specifically, according to the present invention, a transparent ABS resin and a transparent ABS resin composition, which have excellent transparency and impact resistance, can be provided by minimizing the degree of impregnation of a styrene monomer into a polybutadiene rubber latex while allowing the styrene monomer to constitute a graft shell to thereby effectively form the graft shell. Particularly, according to the present invention, a transparent ABS resin composition having high transparency and impact resistance can be provided, despite applying a reducing agent and Fe ions, which adversely affected the transparency of ABS resin in the prior art, to ABS resin.

    摘要: Provided is a method of preparing a graft polymer, which includes: adding a diene-based rubber polymer, a first monomer mixture including a (meth)acrylate-based monomer and an aromatic vinyl-based monomer, and a reactive ultraviolet (UV) stabilizer to a reactor and carrying out polymerization to prepare a composite rubber polymer; and graft-polymerizing a second monomer mixture including a (meth)acrylate-based monomer, an aromatic vinyl-based monomer, and a vinyl cyanide-based monomer to the composite rubber polymer to prepare a graft polymer, wherein the reactive UV stabilizer is added in an amount of 0.1 to 2 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the sum of the diene-based rubber polymer, the first monomer mixture, and the second monomer mixture.
