    摘要: An organic light emitting diode (OLED) and an organic light emitting device comprising the OLED are described. The OLED can comprise at least one emitting material (EML) disposed between two electrodes, where the EML can comprise a first compound comprising a fused ring having boron and oxygen and substituted with at least two fused hetero aromatic group, and a second compound comprising a fused ring having boron and nitrogen. The first compound and the second compound can be the same emitting material layer or be present in adjacently disposed emitting material layers. The luminous efficiency and luminous lifespan of the OLED can be improved by applying the first and second compounds, and adjusting their photoluminescence wavelength, absorbance wavelength and energy levels.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to an organic light emitting diode and an organic light emitting device having the diode. An organic light emitting diode including a plurality delayed fluorescent materials with specific energy levels and an organic light emitting device including the diode is disclosed. When the plurality delayed fluorescent materials with specific energy levels are applied in an emitting material layer, it is possible to minimize the energy loss or exciton quenching during luminescent process, to prevent the diode from reducing lifetime caused by the exciton quenching, and to make charges being injected into the emitting material layer in balance. When the emitting material layer includes other luminous material having a narrow FWHM, the organic light emitting diode can enhance its color purity.

    摘要: An organic light emitting diode (OLED) is described, which comprises at least one emitting material (EML) disposed between two electrodes. The EML can comprise a first emitting material layer having a first compound and a second compound of phosphorescent material, and a second emitting material layer having a third compound with triplet-triplet-annihilation property and a fourth compound. Further, an organic light emitting device can comprise the OLED. With the luminous materials with adjusted excited singlet/triplet energy levels, the intensities of emission peaks and full-width at quarter maximum applied into the emitting material layer, the driving voltage of the OLED can be reduced and the luminous efficiency, blue index and luminous lifespan of the OLED can be enhanced.
