    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel including a substrate and a plurality of insulating layers, a transistor layer, and a light emitting device layer on the substrate, and including a display area in which an image is displayed, the display area including a first display area and a second display area, and a light receiving device positioned behind the display panel and overlapping the first display area. In the display device, the first display area includes at least one non-transmissive area in which transistors and light emitting devices are located, and at least one transmissive area through which external light is transmitted to the light receiving device. The substrate or at least one insulating layer includes at least one hole or at least one uneven portion in a portion overlapping the transmissive area in the first display area.
