Abstract:
Disclosed is a display device that includes a substrate having an active area and a dead area around the active area; an alignment mark on the inside surface of the substrate in a part of the dead area; and a light-shielding pattern on a rear surface of the substrate in the dead area, the light-shielding pattern including a mark hole for exposing the alignment mark. By providing the light-shielding pattern on a display surface in the dead area, the display device has expanded active display area and improved visual appreciation.
Abstract:
Discussed are a roll mold, a method for fabricating the same and a method for fabricating a thin film pattern using the same, which can prevent dimensional variation of the mold and simplify the overall process. The method for fabricating a thin film pattern includes providing a roll mold having a base roller provided with a light source, an adhesive resin layer formed on the base roller, a buffer layer formed on the adhesive resin layer, and a mold surface layer having a groove-protrusion shape formed on the buffer layer; forming a printing liquid on the roll mold or the substrate; and rolling the roll mold over the substrate to form a thin film pattern on the substrate. Also, the mold surface layer and the adhesive resin layer can be cured through light emitted from the light source arranged in the base roller.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for forming a display device. The method includes forming an alignment mark on a front surface of a substrate having a display region and a non-display region surrounding the display region, forming an alignment protection pattern on a rear surface of the substrate such that the alignment protection pattern overlaps the alignment mark, and forming a light-shielding member in the non-display region on the rear surface of the substrate such that the light-shielding member forms a boundary with the alignment protection pattern.
Abstract:
An imprint mold includes a substrate; a pattern on the substrate and having a multi-layered structure; and an etch stop layer between an upper layer and a lower layer of the pattern.
