Abstract: A disclosed display device includes a plurality of touch electrodes, a plurality of sensing lines, and a plurality of transistors. Each of the touch electrodes includes a group of common voltage electrodes among a plurality of common voltage elongated along a first direction. The plurality of sensing lines are elongated along a second direction and intersects the plurality of common voltage electrodes. Each of the plurality of sensing lines is coupled to a corresponding group of the common voltage electrodes. The plurality of pixels include a plurality of transistors. Each of the plurality of transistors controls an amount of light output from a corresponding pixel of the plurality of pixels according to a voltage at a gate electrode of said each of the plurality of transistors. The gate electrode is formed in a corresponding separation area between two adjacent common voltage electrodes of the plurality of common voltage electrodes.

Abstract: Disclosed is a display device with a built-in touch screen. The display device includes a gate electrode and a pixel electrode on a substrate, an activation layer and a sensing contact portion, a source electrode and a drain electrode, and a gate insulation layer provided between the gate electrode and the activation layer and between the pixel electrode and the sensing contact portion. Thereby, it is possible to reduce the number of data lines arranged in the display panel. Also disclosed is a method of fabricating a display device with a built-in touch screen. The method includes forming a first gate electrode and a pixel electrode according to a first mask process, and forming an activation layer, a source electrode, a drain electrode, and a touch sensing line according to a second mask process. Thereby, it is possible to reduce the number of mask processes.

Abstract: A touch-integrated display panel includes a substrate, a plurality of first and second pixels, a touch electrode, and a shield electrode. The substrate has an active area and a non-active area outside of the active area. The plurality of first pixels are disposed in the active area, and the plurality of second pixels are disposed in the non-active area. The touch electrode is formed by electrically connecting the common voltage electrodes of a group of first pixels among the plurality of first pixels. The shield electrode is formed by electrically connecting the common voltage electrodes of the plurality of second pixels. The shield electrode is disposed to surround the active area.
