    Abstract: Disclosed is a display device comprising: a substrate comprising an active region and a non-active region; a light emitting device that emits light in the active area of the substrate; a touch sensor in the active area of the substrate that senses touch of the display device, the touch sensor including a plurality of conductive layers arranged in a stacking sequence; and a plurality of routing lines in the non-active region of the substrate that are connected to the touch sensor, each of the plurality of routing lines including a plurality of routing layers, each of the plurality of routing layers made of a same material as a corresponding one of the plurality of conductive layers included in the touch sensor, and the plurality of routing layers arranged in a same stacking sequence as the stacking sequence of the plurality of conductive layers of the touch sensor.

    Abstract: A touch display device exhibiting low reflectivity is disclosed. The touch display device includes a light-blocking stack composed of at least two light-blocking color layers overlapping a plurality of touch electrodes disposed on an encapsulation unit, and a low-reflection layer disposed on the light-blocking stack, thereby absorbing external light without a separate polarizing plate, thus exhibiting low reflectivity.

    Abstract: Disclosed are an organic light emitting display having a touch sensor, which may achieve process simplification and cost reduction, and a method of fabricating the same. The organic light emitting display includes a compensation film having a flat surface and formed to cover dams forming a boundary with an organic encapsulation layer and the compensation film has a planarized surface between a region above the dams and a boundary region between the dams and the organic encapsulation layer (144) and may prevent cut and short-circuit of routing lines cutting across the same. Further, touch sensors are disposed on an encapsulation unit including the organic encapsulation layer and thus a separate attachment process is not required, thereby simplifying the overall process and reducing manufacturing costs of the organic light emitting display.

    Abstract: A method of fabricating an organic light emitting display, includes forming light emitting elements on a substrate; forming an encapsulation unit including inorganic encapsulation layers and at least one organic encapsulation layer disposed between the inorganic encapsulation layers; forming touch sensing lines and touch driving lines intersecting each other, at least one of the touch sensing lines or at least one of the touch driving lines being disposed on at least one of the inorganic encapsulation layers or the at least one organic encapsulation layer; forming routing lines respectively connected to the touch driving lines and the touch sensing lines, routing pads respectively connected to the routing lines, and touch pad electrodes disposed outside at least one of the inorganic encapsulation layers or the at least one organic encapsulation layer of the encapsulation unit; and forming pad connection electrodes to conductively connect the routing pads to the touch pad electrodes.
