Abstract: A touch display apparatus is provided. The touch display apparatus may include touch electrodes on an encapsulating layer covering light-emitting devices. An auxiliary line crossing a display area in which the light-emitting devices are disposed may be disposed on the encapsulating layer. The auxiliary line may be electrically connected to a power voltage supply line at the outside of the display area. Each of the light-emitting devices may include a first emission electrode, a light-emitting layer and a second emission electrode, which are stacked on an emission area defined by a bank insulating layer. The second emission electrode of each light-emitting device may be electrically connected to the auxiliary line on the bank insulating layer. Thus, in the touch display apparatus, a luminance deviation due to a voltage drop may be prevented or at least reduced.

Abstract: A touch display apparatus is provided. The touch display apparatus may include a light-emitting device and a touch sensor. The touch sensor may be disposed on an encapsulating unit covering the light-emitting device. A photo-electric device may be disposed between the encapsulating unit and the touch sensor. The photo-electric device may be disposed outside an emission area in which the light-emitting device is disposed. A light-absorbing layer of the photo-electric device may overlap at least one of touch electrodes and bridges of the touch sensor. Thus, the touch display apparatus may increase the time that the touch display apparatus is used without external power source connected by using the electrical energy generated by the photo-electric device.

Abstract: Disclosed is a display device capable of reducing the thickness and the weigh thereof. In an organic light-emitting diode display device having a touch sensor, a plurality of routing lines, which are connected respectively to a plurality of touch sensors disposed on an encapsulation unit, are disposed on different planes so as to overlap each other and are electrically connected to each other through a plurality of routing contact holes. Thereby, a connection fault between the routing lines is prevented. In addition, through the provision of the touch sensors above the encapsulation unit, a separate attachment process is unnecessary, which results in a simplified manufacturing process and reduced costs.

Abstract: A display apparatus including an auxiliary electrode are disclosed. The display apparatus includes a contact area between pixel areas. The auxiliary electrode is within the contact area. A planarization layer covering the auxiliary electrode includes an inclined surface overlapping with the contact area and an upper surface extending from the inclined surface. A connection electrode covering the inclined surface and the upper surface of the planarization layer is connected to the auxiliary electrode. A light-emitting device on each pixel area has first and second electrodes and a light-emitting layer. The light-emitting layer and the second electrode extends onto the connection electrode. The light-emitting layer exposes a portion of the connection electrode by a reflow pattern, and the second electrode is in contact with the portion of the connection electrode exposed by the light-emitting layer. Thus, a process of connecting the second electrode and the connection electrode may be simplified.
