    Abstract: An array substrate for a liquid crystal display (LCD) and manufacturing method thereof are provided. The array substrate for a liquid crystal display (LCD) includes: a substrate, including: a gate electrode, a pixel electrode, and a common electrode, a gate pad formed on the substrate, and connected to the gate electrode, a gate insulating layer formed on the gate pad, a first protective layer formed on the gate insulating layer, a second protective layer formed on the first protective layer, a first metal layer formed on the second protective layer, and connected to the gate pad through a first contact hole which exposes the gate pad, a third protective layer formed on the first metal layer and the second protective layer, and a second metal layer formed on the third protective layer, and connected to the first metal layer through a second contact hole which exposes the first metal layer.

    Abstract: An in-cell touch liquid crystal display (LCD) device is discussed. The in-cell touch LCD device includes a pixel driver including a thin film transistor (TFT) disposed in each of a plurality of pixels, a passivation part protecting the pixel driver, a pixel electrode disposed on the passivation part and connected to a first electrode included in the TFT, and a touch electrode line disposed on the passivation part and insulated from the pixel electrode. The in-cell touch LCD further includes a cover part covering the pixel electrode and the touch electrode line, and a common electrode disposed on the cover part, connected to the touch electrode line via the cover part, and supplied with a common voltage or a touch driving signal from a touch driver connected to the touch electrode line.

    Abstract: An in-cell touch liquid crystal display device and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed in which color mixing among pixels can be prevented. The in-cell touch liquid crystal display device includes a thin film transistor (TFT) arranged in a plurality of pixel areas; a source contact layer connected to a source electrode of the TFT and a drain contact layer connected to a drain electrode of the TFT; first and second passivation layers on the source contact layer and the drain contact layer; a common electrode on the second passivation layer; a third passivation layer on the common electrode; a conductive line to overlap the common electrode by passing through the third passivation layer; a fourth passivation layer on the third passivation layer and the conductive line; and a pixel electrode on the fourth passivation layer connected to the drain contact layer in a first contact hole.
