Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a rotary engine having a crankshaft with an improved structure, the rotary engine including a housing, a rotor, housing covers, and a crankshaft installed to penetrate through the rotor so as to receive rotational force from the rotor, wherein the crankshaft includes a first member extending in one direction and having an insertion groove recessed in one side surface thereof, a second member extending to penetrate through a center portion of the housing and provided with a protruding portion on one end thereof to be fixedly inserted into the insertion groove, and a coupling member interposed at a position where the insertion groove and the protruding portion overlap each other such that the first member and the second member are closely coupled to each other.

Abstract: A scroll compressor is disclosed. The scroll compressor may include an oil supply hole penetrating from an oil passage to an outer circumferential surface of a rotating shaft, and an oil supply groove communicating with the oil supply hole and formed along the outer circumferential surface of the rotating shaft. The oil supply groove may be provided in plurality axially spaced apart by a preset distance. This can prevent the oil supply groove from invading an oil film section and increase centrifugal force against oil in the oil supply groove, thereby suppressing friction loss and wear between a main frame and the rotating shaft.

Abstract: A scroll compressor is disclosed. The scroll compressor may include a suction guide between a refrigerant suction pipe and a high/low pressure separation plate, and the suction guide may be fastened to a non-orbiting scroll or inserted into a suction guide protrusion that extends from the non-orbiting scroll. Accordingly, suction refrigerant may be partially suctioned into a compression chamber by the suction guide in advance before moving to the high/low pressure separation plate, so as to be prevented from coming into contact with the high/low pressure separation plate, while the suction refrigerant may also partially flow toward a drive motor without being suctioned directly into the compression chamber, so as to cool the drive motor, whereby efficiency of the compressor may be improved and an operation range of the compressor may be expanded.

Abstract: A scroll compressor includes a discharge guide disposed in a high-pressure part to guide refrigerant discharged from a compression part to a refrigerant discharge pipe, and the discharge guide may extend by a preset height from an inner circumferential surface of a casing constituting the high-pressure part toward one side surface of a high and low pressure separation plate. This can guide discharge refrigerant discharged to the high-pressure part to quickly flow to the refrigerant discharge pipe before being spread in an entire space of the high-pressure part, thereby preventing the high and low pressure separation plate from being overheated by discharge refrigerant of high temperature. This can result in preventing suction refrigerant of a low-pressure part from being heated by heat of discharge refrigerant transferred through the high and low pressure separation plate, thereby reducing a specific volume of the suction refrigerant and improving compressor efficiency.

This structure may allow direct and effective lubrication of the bearing portion, and can employ a journal bearing.
