    Abstract: Provided is a compressor apparatus comprising: a casing defining appearance of the apparatus; and a drive portion coupled to an inner circumferential surface of the casing and configured to rotate a rotatable shaft; a compression portion coupled to the rotatable shaft and configured to compress fluid, wherein the compression portion apparatus is characterized in that the drive portion and the compression portion are fixed to the fastening member which is detachably attached to at least one of the side face of the drive portion or the side face of the compression portion and thus, the combination of the drive portion and the compression portion is coupled to an inner circumferential surface of the casing. Further, provided is a manufacturing method of the compression portion apparatus.

The scroll compressor may include a fixed scroll having a fixed end plate and a fixed wrap, and an orbiting scroll configured to perform an orbiting movement about the fixed scroll and having an orbiting end plate and an orbiting wrap. A communication groove in the form of a recessed groove may be formed in an inner surface of the orbiting end plate, and a refrigerant may flow through the communication groove according to a state in which the fixed wrap overlaps the communication groove such that there is an effect in that an opening efficiency of a discharge hole is improved at an initial stage of discharge.

    Abstract: A compressor includes a rotation shaft, a drive unit, and a compression unit. The compression unit includes a fixed scroll, an orbiting scroll, a main frame that is disposed on the fixed scroll, and an Oldham's ring coupled to the orbiting scroll and the main frame and configured to restrict rotation of the orbiting scroll. The Oldham's ring includes a ring body disposed between the orbiting scroll and the main frame, keys that protrude from the ring body that are each coupled to the orbiting scroll or the main frame, and caps that are inserted into the main frame and that each have (i) a coupling hole that receives a key among the keys and (ii) a machined portion that faces the coupling hole and that is spaced apart from at least a portion of an outer surface of the key.

    Abstract: A scroll compressor is provided that may include a casing; a drive motor provided at an inner space of the casing; a rotational shaft coupled to a rotor of the drive motor, and rotated together with the rotor; a frame provided below the drive motor; a fixed scroll provided below the frame, and having a fixed wrap; and an orbiting scroll provided between the frame and the fixed scroll, having an orbiting wrap so as to form a compression chamber including a suction chamber, an intermediate pressure chamber, and a discharge chamber, by being engaged with the fixed wrap. In a state in which a center of the fixed scroll and a center of the orbiting scroll are substantially the same, an interval between the fixed wrap and the orbiting wrap gradually increases towards the suction chamber from the discharge chamber.

    Abstract: A scroll compressor is provided that may include a first wrap, and a second wrap engaged with the first wrap and coupled to be eccentric to a center of rotation of a rotational shaft to form a compression chamber, moving toward a central portion, together with the first wrap while performing an orbiting motion with respect to the first wrap. A height of at least one of the first wrap or the second wrap may be formed to have at least two inclination machining amounts which decrease toward the central portion, and the inclination machining amount of the central portion may be larger than the inclination machining amount of an edge portion or a wrap rigidity at a specific section, thereby preventing frictional loss or abrasion of the wrap and breakage of the wrap.
