    Abstract: The present disclosure can be applied to display device-related technical fields and relates to a rotatable display device using, for example, light-emitting diodes (LEDs), which are semiconductor light-emitting diodes. According to the present disclosure, the rotatable display device using light-emitting diodes may comprise: a fixing unit comprising a motor; a rotation unit which is provided on the fixing unit and has a first side coupled to the motor and a second side rotatably coupled to a rotation coupling part, and rotates, the second side being a side opposite to the first side; and a light source module provided in the rotation unit and comprising at least one panel provided along a virtual cylindrical outer circumferential surface thereof and a light-emitting diode array in which individual pixels are provided on each panel in the longitudinal direction.

    Abstract: Discussed is a lamp or a lighting device including a wiring substrate; a bus electrode provided on the wiring substrate; a plurality of electrode lines provided on the wiring substrate, and extending from the bus electrode, each electrode line having one end and a central portion located between the one end and the bus electrode; a plurality of semiconductor light-emitting elements aligned along an extending direction of the plurality of electrode lines, and disposed to be spaced apart from adjacent electrode lines of the plurality of electrode lines by varying distances, respectively; and a plurality of transparent electrodes that respectively provide an electrical connection between the plurality of electrode lines and the plurality of semiconductor light-emitting elements, wherein the respective varying distances between the plurality of semiconductor light-emitting elements and each of the adjacent electrode lines decrease toward the central portion of the each electrode line.

    Abstract: A vehicle lamp includes a plurality of light emitting modules electrically connected together. Each of the light emitting modules includes a wiring board, a plurality of semiconductor light emitting devices arranged on one surface of the wiring board, a first wiring electrically connected to first conductive electrodes of the semiconductor light emitting devices and arranged on the one surface of the wiring board, and a second wiring electrically connected to second conductive electrodes of the semiconductor light emitting devices and extending to another surface of the wiring board through a via hole. The first wiring of at least one of the light emitting modules and the second wiring of the neighboring light source module overlap each other in a thickness direction of the light emitting modules, such that the light emitting modules are connected in series.
