Abstract: The present invention relates to a power module and a manufacturing method therefor, and an inverter apparatus having a power module. The power module of the present invention comprises: a power device for converting and outputting a frequency of an input power source; and a housing accommodating the power device therein and forming flow paths for a cooling fluid on both sides of the power device such that the cooling fluid can contact both sides of the power device. Accordingly, both plate surfaces of the power device can be in direct contact with the cooling fluid so as to be quickly cooled.
