摘要: Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for uplink power control. One method includes: receiving a message that configures a set of resources that each includes a downlink resource or an uplink sounding resource and is associated with an uplink transmission beam pattern; receiving scheduling information for an uplink transmission that is associated with a resource of the set of resources; determining an uplink transmission beam pattern associated with the resource; determining a configured maximum output power for the uplink transmission beam pattern that is based on an antenna array property associated with the uplink transmission beam pattern; determining a transmit power for the uplink transmission based on the configured maximum output power; and performing the uplink transmission using the uplink transmission beam pattern based on the transmit power.

摘要: Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for transmission power prioritization. One apparatus includes a processor coupled to a memory and a transceiver, where the processor is configured to identify a first pending transmission corresponding to a non-supplementary uplink carrier; identify a second pending transmission corresponding to a supplementary uplink carrier, wherein the first and second pending transmissions at least partially overlap in time; prioritize power allocation to the non-supplementary uplink carrier in response to the non-supplementary uplink carrier being configured to transmit a PUCCH; prioritize power allocation to the supplementary uplink carrier in response to the supplementary uplink carrier being configured to transmit the PUCCH; and prioritize power allocation to the non-supplementary uplink carrier in response to neither the supplementary uplink carrier nor the non-supplementary uplink carrier being configured to transmit the PUCCH.

摘要: A method and apparatus is provided, wherein configuration information for a transmission is determined based on a configured uplink grant. Information of an assigned one of a plurality of different received by a network entity power levels for each user equipment for a given transmission instance is received. A transmit power offset is determined, based on the received information of the assigned one of the plurality of different received by the network entity power levels. A transmit power for transmission is determined, based on the configuration information of the configured uplink grant by applying the determined transmit power offset, when the determined transmit power with the determined transmit power offset applied is not less than a predefined threshold value, and by not applying the determined transmit power offset, when the determined transmit power with the determined transmit power offset applied is less than the predefined threshold value. An uplink transmission is performed using the determined transmit power for transmission.

摘要: Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for uplink transmission power allocation. One method includes receiving a configuration of two uplink carriers. The method includes determining whether a configuration parameter corresponding to at least one of a first uplink carrier and a second uplink carrier for a serving cell is configured. The method includes determining whether a power headroom report is based on an actual sounding reference signal (“SRS”) transmission or a reference SRS transmission. The method includes, in response to determining that the power headroom report is based on a reference SRS transmission, selecting an uplink carrier for power headroom computation from the two uplink carriers based on whether the configuration parameter for the two uplink carriers. The method includes computing the power headroom report for the serving cell based on a reference SRS transmission on the uplink carrier.

摘要: Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for determining a power headroom report. One method includes determining a power headroom report for transmission on a physical uplink shared channel resource corresponding to a configured grant. The method includes transmitting the power headroom report on the physical uplink shared channel resource, wherein: determining the power headroom report comprises determining whether the power headroom report is based on a real transmission or a reference format based on signaling for configured grants and downlink control information received up until a predetermined time before a first uplink symbol of the physical uplink shared channel resource; and the predetermined time is computed based on: a first parameter set to zero; and a subcarrier spacing of an active downlink bandwidth part of a scheduling cell for the configured grant.

摘要: Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for transmission power for dual connectivity. One method includes operating a UE with DC comprising connectivity with a first cell group and a second cell group; receiving a configuration message configuring the UE with a first maximum transmission power for transmissions on the first cell group, and a second maximum transmission power for transmissions on the second cell group; determining, at a UE, a transmission time for a first transmission on a first serving cell of the first cell group; and determining a cut-off time for power determination for the first transmission, wherein the cut-off time is based on the transmission time for the first transmission offset by an offset time, and the offset time is based on a function of a first UE processing time and a second UE processing time.

One method includes receiving a first configuration indicating a plurality of bandwidth parts on a first serving cell and configuration information corresponding to the plurality of bandwidth parts. The configuration information comprises an open-loop power control configuration, a closed loop power control configuration, or a combination thereof corresponding to each bandwidth part of the plurality of bandwidth parts. The method comprises receiving scheduling information for a first uplink transmission on a first bandwidth part of the plurality of bandwidth parts. The method comprises determining a first transmission power for the first uplink transmission based on the configuration information and the scheduling information. The method comprises performing the first uplink transmission with the first transmission power.

The method includes determining that a power headroom report is triggered. The method includes determining that an uplink resource for a new transmission on a serving cell of the multiple serving cells is allocated at a first time after the power headroom report is triggered. The method includes determining a power headroom value for each serving cell of the multiple serving cells being activated based on information received prior to and including a predetermined time before the start of the uplink resource at the first time. The method includes generating a power headroom report medium access control control element including at least the power headroom value for each serving cell of the multiple serving cells being activated.
