Abstract: A method and a node for establishing a tunnel with a set of minimal characteristics with a second node in a network. The node comprises a tunneling protocol module that determines a first set of desired characteristics and comprising a sub-option indicating a need for an authentication characteristic. The tunneling protocol module sends a tunnel request message comprising the first set of characteristics and sends a shared secret key with an index value thereof. The tunneling protocol module receives a tunnel reply message comprising a second set of desired characteristics determined by the second node and verifies if the second set of characteristics is at least equal to the set of minimal characteristics. If so, the tunneling protocol module sends a tunnel acknowledgment message. The shared secret is used to encrypt data and the index value indicates that the shared secret is used to encrypt the data.

Abstract: A system, a method and a Mobile Node (MN) for enabling a handover of the MN from a current serving access router (PAR) to a next serving access router (NAR) in a data communications network. At least one tunnel is present between the PAR and the NAR to enable data exchange therebetween. The MN has a first address valid under the PAR and is capable of forming a second address valid under the NAR prior to completion of the handover. The MN sends a handover request to the PAR and proceeds with a connection to the NAR without discarding its first address. The MN then completes the handover towards the NAR and receives traffic sent on the first address from the NAR.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods, devices and a computer readable medium for a restriction on a measurement for a neighbor cell. According to a method implemented by a network device in a communication system, the network device determines a neighbor cell on a frequency layer capable of cell reference signal (CRS) muting. A cell reference signal in the neighbor cell is transmitted on a predetermined physical resource if the neighbor cell enables CRS muting. In response to the determination, the network device transmits measurement restriction information to a terminal device in a cell of the network device. The measurement restriction information indicates that a radio resource management (RRM) measurement for any neighbor cell on the frequency layer is restricted to be performed on the predetermined physical resource. The embodiments of the present disclosure improve a measurement for a neighbor cell.

Abstract: Provided are a BZ glaze enamel painting material composition and a painting method. The composition is a painting material composition composed of natural mineral pigment powder, synthetic resin, and vinyl acetate-acrylate added with a color glaze, a white toning glaze, and a colorless toning glaze at different percentages. The painting method that uses the composition includes the steps of preparing painting canvas, forming bottom, and making picture. In the step of making picture, a suitable amount of BZ glaze enamel painting material composition is prepared according to the size of the painting canvas and, and after being sufficiently stirred, added with temperature-resistant minerals and water according to predetermined weight ratios to respectively form red glaze, yellow glaze, blue glaze, green glaze, purple glaze, orange glaze, and cyan glaze, followed by mixing to product a BZ painting artwork exhibiting, in the entirety thereof, an irregular pattern.
