摘要： The present disclosure discloses a method for calculating a call expense of a terminal, including that: after receiving a call attribute, a cost calculating module reads a billing rule and an account balance in a cost file, calculates a call expense and a current account balance, and then updates the account balance in the cost file; and the billing rule and the account balance in the cost file are also updated in time through an Over-The-Air (OTA) short message. The present disclosure also disclosures a system for calculating a call expense of a terminal. With the present disclosure, timely and accurate call expense information can be provided for a subscriber.

摘要： A method and apparatus are provided for downloading a file which are applied in a mobile multimedia broadcast system. The method includes: a client displaying broadcast information to a user for the user selecting a file to be downloaded; the client receiving a selection of the user to the file to be downloaded, reading the broadcast information of the file to be downloaded which is selected by the user, and downloading the file to be downloaded locally when a broadcast start time included in the broadcast information of the file to be downloaded arrives. The method and apparatus can make a user complete the file downloading without manual intervention when using a mobile multimedia broadcast service, thereby saving a mass of manual operations of the user and improving service experience of the user.

摘要： A service transmitting method of mobile multimedia broadcasting network, wherein the sending side of the mobile multimedia broadcasting system adds an updating indication of multiplexing configuration information in the service information slice for indicating whether multiplexing configuration information of a next frame is updated; the sending side firstly sends multiplexing configuration information to the receiving terminal and sends an updating indication of multiplexing configuration information to the terminal in advance; the terminal acquires the service needed according to the multiplexing configuration information received at the beginning and monitors whether the multiplexing configuration information is going to change by monitoring the updating indication, the terminal stops monitoring and records the updating indication in case monitors an updating indication; when needing to receive other services, the terminal inquires whether any updating notice is recorded, if it is recorded, the terminal re-acquires the current multiplexing configuration information, according to which the service needed is acquired and at the same time removes the original updating indication and re-starts to monitor the updating indication of multiplexing configuration information.

The method of the present invention could transmits the ESG data alone in the individual service multiplexing sub-frames, thus transmits a large number of ESG messages rapidly; alternatively, the relative ESG messages can be transmitted along with the audio/video data, thus the user equipments can receive the service data and this ESG messages simultaneously when the user equipments open only one time slot.
