    摘要: A method for preparing hydrocarbons is proposed, which comprises, in a catalysis unit (1) using one or more catalysis feed streams (a) containing oxygenates and/or olefins, producing a catalysis product stream (b) containing n-butane, isobutane, 1-butene, 2-butene, isobutene and hydrocarbons with more than four and/or less than four carbon atoms, and which further comprises producing a steam cracking product stream (s) in a steam cracking unit (2) using one or more steam cracking feed streams (g, n, l, r). It is provided that at least the great majority of the hydrocarbons with more than four and/or less than four carbon atoms and the isobutene is eliminated from the catalysis product stream (b) or a part thereof, whereby a stream (g, n) containing at least 5 percent by mole 1-butene and/or 2-butene is formed, and in that this stream (g, n) containing at least 5 percent by mole 1-butene and/or 2-butene or one or more streams (l, r) derived therefrom is or are used as the steam cracking feed stream or streams (g, n, l, r). The invention also relates to a corresponding apparatus (100, 200, 300).

    摘要: A method for separating a hydrogen-containing hydrocarbon mixture (C2minus), which in addition to the hydrogen essentially contains hydrocarbons with two carbon atoms and methane, using a distillation column (10). Fluid (a, c, e) of the hydrocarbon mixture (C2minus) is cooled stepwise at a first pressure level, during which time first condensates (b, d) are separated from the fluid (a, c, e). Fluid (e) from the hydrocarbon mixture (C2minus) which remains gaseous after this is fed at the first pressure level into a C2 absorber (7), to which a liquid reflux (r) is added at the top, while a second condensate (f) is drawn off from the sump of the C2 absorber (7) and a gaseous top stream (g) containing predominantly methane and hydrogen is drawn off at the top of the C2 absorber (7). Fluid of the above-mentioned gaseous top stream (g) from the top of the C2 absorber (7) is cooled to a third temperature level and transferred at the first pressure level into a hydrogen separator (8) in which a methane-rich third condensate (i) is separated from the fluid of the gaseous top stream (g), leaving behind a gaseous, hydrogen-rich stream (h). Fluid of the first condensates (b, d) and fluid of the second condensate (f) is depressurized from the first pressure level to a second pressure level below the first pressure level and fed into the distillation column (10) which is operated at the second pressure level. Fluid (e) of the third condensate (i) which is separated in the hydrogen separator (8) from the fluid of the gaseous top stream (g) from the top of the C2 absorber is used as the reflux (r) added at the top of the C2 absorber (7) and transferred from the hydrogen separator to the C2 absorber solely by gravity. The invention also relates to a corresponding separating unit and a corresponding olefin apparatus.

    摘要: A process for producing an olefin having N carbon atoms is proposed in which using a dehydrogenation a process gas is formed which contains at least the olefin having N carbon atoms, a paraffin having N carbon atoms and a hydrocarbon having N−1 carbon atoms and in which using at least a portion of the process gas a separation input is formed which is subjected to a low temperature separation in which the separation input is cooled stepwise over a plurality of temperature levels and condensates are separated from the separation input, wherein the condensates are at least partly subjected to a first low temperature rectification to obtain a first gas fraction and a first liquid fraction, wherein the first gas fraction contains at least the olefin having N carbon atoms in a lower proportion than in the condensates and the hydrocarbon having N−1 in a higher proportion than in the condensates. It is provided that the first gas fraction is at least partly subjected to a second low temperature rectification using a liquid reflux containing predominantly or exclusively the hydrocarbon having N−1 carbon atoms in which the first gas fraction undergoes depletion in the olefin having N carbon atoms. A corresponding plant (100) likewise forms part of the subject matter of the invention.

It is provided that the first fraction is at least partly subjected to a pressure swing adsorption (7) by means of which a third fraction containing predominantly or exclusively ethylene and ethane and a fourth fraction containing predominantly or exclusively methane and carbon monoxide are formed.
