In the first operation state, the first processing circuit (16) is configured to convert a first electrical signal output from a adapter into a second electrical signal and charge the rechargeable battery (12) with the second electrical signal. In the second operation state, the first processing circuit (16) is configured to convert a third electrical signal output from the rechargeable battery (12) into a fourth electrical signal and supply power to the at least one element (10) with the fourth electrical signal.
