    摘要: The present invention relates generally to a toy water gun and, more particularly, to a pressurized toy water gun having a mixing nozzle or nozzles for simultaneously discharging and mixing two or more liquids after they pass through the mixing nozzle. In one embodiment, the toy gun may include separate tanks or reservoirs for storing the liquids, and separate nozzles for receiving and discharging the liquids in discharged streams of liquid. The toy gun may further include a pressurization mechanism in fluid communication with the tanks and the nozzles to provide pressure to cause the liquids to be discharged from the nozzles in the discharged streams of liquid. The nozzles may be oriented relative to each other such that the discharged streams engage each other after being discharged from the outlets of the nozzles to mix the liquids.

    摘要: An apparatus and method for creating and destroying toys having a solid exterior and liquid interior are disclosed. The apparatus and method entail the creation of an impression within a supply of modeling compound using a form having a desired shape. The impression formed within the modeling compound is then filled with a curable liquid which cures upon contact with the modeling compound. The modeling compound remains in contact with the curable liquid for a sufficient length of time to cure an exterior skin while leaving the interior in a liquid state. The liquid interior is then drained and refilled with a non-curable liquid so as to provide a toy having life-like features. The kit further provides a crushing mechanism having a movable plunger adapted to physically crush the toy by rupturing the exterior skin and splattering the liquid interior against a dome of the crushing mechanism.

    摘要: A synthetic phosphorescent fiber having a sectional dimension of less than approximately 0.015 in. and a method of manufacturing the fiber. The fiber comprises a body portion made of a flexible and durable polymeric material which is at least partially translucent and a plurality of phosphorescent particles in the body portion. The particles have a miximum particle size which is less than one half of the sectional dimension of the fibers and between approximately 0.0075 in. and 0.0005 in. and they have a mean particle size which is greater than approximately 0.0025 in. The fibers are manufactured in accordance with the method by mixing appropriately sized phosphorescent particles with a coupling agent, mixing the particles and the coupling agent with a suitable polymer and extruding the resultant mixture to form fibers. The fibers can be effectively utilized for artificial hair for toy dolls as well as for various other applications.
