摘要: In the formation of finished slide surfaces for slide rails on a track for an electromagnetically levitated vehicle, the track is constructed as a girder-like beam with the slide rails located on cantilevered parts of the upper surface of the beam. The beam can be formed of prestressed concrete. Initially the slide rails are provided with a height oversize. The height oversize part of the slide rails is removed and the slide surface of the rails are finished to the desired degree. The height oversize part is removed by cutting and grinding devices mounted on a machine frame movable over the upper surface of the track. The machine frame is adjustable in the vertical direction from a datum plane formed by the lower surfaces of support stators secured to the undersides of the cantilevered parts of the track. The machine frame rides on the upper surface of the beam and is in contact with the lower surfaces of the support stators.

摘要: On a track for electromagnetically levitated vehicles, side guide rails are positioned on and secured to a beam-like support member forming the track by an apparatus made up of a transportation frame extending in the long direction of the support member and by installation truss frames located on and extending transversely of the transportation frame. Side guide rail installation arms are pivotally mounted on the installation truss frames. With the arms in an outward position the guide rails can be placed on and held by the arms. By pivoting the arms inwardly the side guide rails can be located along the outer sides of the support member. By raising the installation truss frame, the guide rails can be located relative to stators mounted on the underside of the support member. In addition, the final position of the guide rails can be established by moving the installation truss frames transversely of the transportation frame and relative to a plate strip on the upper surface of the support members.

摘要: In a multiple-span bridge structure with side-by-side bridges, a scaffolding girder-formwork assembly is movable in the longitudinal direction of each bridge for constructing individual sections of the superstructure over support piers. After use on one bridge, the scaffolding girder-formwork assembly is movable to the other bridge by first rotating it about a vertical axis from the longitudinal direction of the bridge to the transverse direction while the assembly is centered over a pier of the one bridge. A support for the assembly is moved over a pier on the other bridge. Then the assembly is moved in the transverse direction until it is centered over the pier of the other bridge. Subsequently, the assembly is rotated into the longitudinal direction of the other bridge in position for constructing sections of the superstructure.

摘要: On a track for electromagnetically levitated vehicles, to adjust and secure side guide rails on a beam-like support member forming the track, after stators are adjusted and fixed to the support member, the side guide rails are held in position relative to the support member. Initially, the guide rails are positioned relative to the track and then are adjusted with respect to a datum plane determined by the lower surfaces of the stators. Next, the guide rails are adjusted horizontally transversely of the track with respect to measuring points fixed to the surface of the support member. Finally, the guide rails are attached to the support member. Apparatus for installing the guide rails includes a plurality of installation truss frames mounting assembly arms for holding the guide rails. Each assembly arm has a holding device for a guide rail and an abutment positionable against a lower surface of the stators. The installation truss frames are supported on a transport frame so that the truss frames can be moved laterally relative to the support member and adjusted in height with respect to the upper surface of the support member. Each installation truss frame supports a measuring device with a measuring head to be brought into coincidence with a measuring point located on the upper surface of the support member.

摘要: An adjustable formwork for forming the corner surfaces of concrete structural members includes a first and a second formwork unit. Each formwork unit extends transversely of the other and has a surface which forms one of the concrete surfaces of the concrete structural members and these surfaces define a corner junction line about which the formwork units can be pivotally adjusted relative to one another. One of the formwork units is provided with a circular-arc shaped guide slot and the other has a pair of spaced guide pins secured to it with the pins being movably guided in the slot. The center point of the arc of the slot is located on the corner junction line. The interengagement of the pins with the slot affords a link type guidance between the formwork units. As a result, forces are transmitted at the corner junction line only in the assembly state so that the line lies practically in the plane of the formwork surface which define the concrete surfaces. The forces which occur during loading of the formwork units are transmitted in the region of the junction line between the formwork supports whereby the forces are carried away along the shortest path.

摘要: This invention relates to an arrangement for projecting cantilever sections of multi-sectional bridge supporting structures of steel or prestressed concrete forming the superstructure of the bridge which is supported on bridge piles. The arrangement includes at least one traveling auxiliary beam movably carried on and arranged above the superstructure for spanning between superstructure sections. Two concreting scaffolds each comprising a supporting part having crossbeams and rollers are arranged above the superstructure and carry a platform which is arranged below the superstructure for carrying casings to extend the projecting superstructure sections. A transport device is movably carried on the auxiliary beam and supports the concreting scaffolds for transport between superstructure sections and from the end of a completed section to a bridge pile for beginning construction of a new section. The supporting part of each of the concreting scaffolds has longitudinal girders arranged adjacent the auxiliary beam and crossbars connected to the girders arranged below the auxiliary beam. A pair of supporting blocks for supporting the auxiliary beam on the next succeeding pile are arranged so as to be alternately retractable to allow the supporting part of the scaffolds to pass the bridge pile, and the platform of the scaffolds comprises a bending resistant lattice of crossbeams and girders with means for forming openings therein to allow the platform to pass the pile as the scaffold is transported to the next section.
