    摘要: An example pipe cutting tool includes a plurality of actuators and a plurality of cutters. Each of the plurality of cutters is connected to at least one separate actuator of the plurality of actuators. The at least one separate actuator is configured to move the cutter between a pre-deployed and deployed position. The deployed position is beyond the pre-deployed position. The plurality of cutters may include a first and second cutter, with the at least one separate actuator connected to the second cutter moving based, at least in part, on one or more cutting conditions. An example method of cutting a pipe includes extending a first cutter to contact the pipe, cutting at least a portion of the pipe using the first cutter, detecting a cutting condition, extending a second cutter based, at least in part, on the cutting condition, and resuming the cutting using the second cutter.

In order to create particularly advantageous design conditions, it is proposed that the armature (5) is arranged in a rotationally fixed manner on the saw spindle (9) and the stator (6) is arranged in a rotationally fixed manner in the housing (8) between a fixed bearing (13) and a floating bearing (14) of the saw spindle (9), wherein the saw tool (11) is floatingly mounted on the saw spindle (9).

    摘要: A substrate cutting device includes: a first cutter including a plurality of first rotary blades; a second cutter including a plurality of second rotary blades; a first rotation drive unit for rotationally driving the first cutter; a second rotation drive unit for rotationally driving the second cutter; a cutter support unit; and a phase adjustment unit. The cutter support unit supports the first cutter and the second cutter such that the first and second cutters are radially opposed to each other so that rotation axes thereof are parallel to each other. The phase adjustment unit adjusts a phase of at least one of the first cutter and the second cutter such that each of the second rotary blades is located between two adjacent first rotary blades in an opposing area in which the first cutter and the second cutter are opposed to each other.

    摘要: An automatic seam detection machine is disclosed herein, including a conveying device and a seam detection device. The conveying device includes a feeding station, provided with a feed valve. When a sample can is conveyed to the feeding station, the feed valve opens and the sample can arrives at the detecting station of the seam detection device through the feed valve. Since more sample cans can be placed in the conveying device, operators can place batches of sample cans in the conveying device in one time; and the sample cans can be automatically conveyed to the feeding station by the conveying device, then conveyed to the seam detection device for detection automatically by opening the feed valve. Compared with prior arts, this invention can achieve automatic feeding, so as to facilitate the batch detection, with high degree of automation.

    摘要: Systems and methods for cutting piles wherein, for example, a pile cutting device is attached to the end of an articulated arm of an excavator, the pile cutting device having a set of grasping arms that hold the pile and a set of saw blades that are linearly advanced to cut the pile in a single stroke. The saw blades are offset so that the cutting paths of the blades overlap. The saw blades may be positioned at the ends of telescoping arms that are coupled to a linearly movable frame. A single hydraulic unit moves the frame along a central rail. The frame is coupled to one or more cables and pulleys so that the travel of the telescopic arms is twice that of the frame.

    摘要: Disclosed herein are a treatment apparatus and method for a waste steam generator, and an installation method of a treatment apparatus for a waste steam generator. The treatment apparatus includes a cutting part for cutting a body of a waste steam generator, a driving part for driving the cutting part, and a support frame for supporting the cutting part and the driving part, wherein the support frame is coupled to an outer peripheral surface of the body of the waste steam generator in a divided state, and the cutting part is driven and cuts the body in a state in which the support frame is coupled to the outer peripheral surface of the body. Consequently, since the treatment apparatus is easily moved and installed, an installation time of the treatment apparatus may be shortened and an exposure time of a worker can be reduced.
