摘要： Fibrous stock suspension preparation systems include moving parts that generate a vibration impulse flow in the outlet from the preparation system. A counter-vibration impulse generator is connected to the outlet pipe and includes a correcting impulse recorder also connected to the outlet pipe for sensing the vibrations of the flow therepast and for sending a signal to the counter-vibration generator to control the amplitude and/or the frequency of the counter-vibration generator. A further impulse recorder between the stock suspension preparation system and the first mentioned impulse recorder is also connected to the outlet pipe for providing a stock transit time correction signal for correcting the signal of the first mentioned impulse recorder.

摘要： Wire section, guidance device, and process of forming a web in a machine for producing a fibrous material web. The device include two revolving endless wire belts, a twin wire zone formed between the two revolving endless wire belts, and a revolving flexible support belt located in a vicinity of the twin wire zone and positioned to support at least one of the two wire belts in a support region. The flexible support belt is generally guided along an at least essentially circular cylindrical path, and the support region includes a support path having an average curvature radius that is greater than a curvature radius of the essentially circular path. The process includes supporting at least one of the two endless wire belts with the flexible support belt in a support region, rotating the flexible support belt along a generally circular path, and deflecting the support belt from the generally circular path in the support region, whereby the support belt in the support regions travels along a support path. An average radius of curvature of the flexible support belt in the support path is greater than an average radius of curvature of the flexible support belt in the generally circular path.

摘要： A paper machine forming section with two wire forming units. One of the two forming units is a twin wire web forming unit having a headbox, two wire loops arranged in sandwich-like manner and a drainage element for each of the wire loops. The first web-forming unit has a first section including a curved suction drainage element or roll in the first lower wire loop; a second section with opposing drainage ledges, wherein the drainage ledges are stationary on the upper side and the drainage ledges are developed resiliently pressable on the bottom side; the drainage ledges of the upper and lower sides are arranged staggered with respect to each other in the direction of travel of the wire, and at least the ledges of the upper side are developed with suction; a third section which has at least one suction wire separating element on one side. The second web-forming unit is a hybrid former with a single wire. The guide rolls for the second wire of the first former and for the wire of the second former guide them on a joint wire path where the multilayer web is transferred to the wire of the second former. There is a headbox associated with the wire of the second former. A respective backwater circuit collects water and materials drained from each of the forming units and returns them to the respective headboxes.

摘要： A double screen former for the manufacture of a paper web has two continuous screens forming together a double screen zone. The one screen runs in the double screen zone across rigid laths that are arranged on the dewatering box at a mutual spacing. Additionally, the other screen runs in the double screen zone across several laths which are supported by means of flexible elements and can be forced on the screen at a selective force. The space between the flexibly supported laths is at least approximately twice as large as the space between the rigid laths.

摘要： A sorter for paper pulp suspension including a rotationally symmetrical wire cage and a rotor supporting a plurality of vanes for rotating about the interior of the cage for moving suspension through the wire cage, the vanes being non-uniformly spaced. An annular pulp chamber surrounds the screen for collecting the pulp. A suspension outlet at the bottom of the pulp chamber receives the pulp from the pulp chamber. The pulp chamber extends axially beyond the lower end of the wire cage. An annular damping chamber surrounds the lower end of the pulp chamber and flow from the pulp chamber to the pulp outlet is past the damping chamber. The damping chamber develops a pool of the suspension in it. A pressurized gas cushion above the pool of suspension in the damping chamber controls the level thereof and damps the motion of the pulp in the pulp chamber.
