The device is on a mobile carriage which patrols along the machine face and comprises an articulated chute shaped member for the guided discharge of the full bobbin from the winding machine, a presentation member to introduce new tubes, a gripper-type manipulation member which withdraws a new tube from the presentation member of the device and positions it between the holding centers on the bobbin support arm, a yarn positioning member which withdraws the yarn from the full bobbin and disposes it on the new tube, and a sliding belt which rotates the new tube to connect the yarn thereto.

    摘要: A device and method for winding conical bobbins with yarn withdrawn at constant speed from individual spinning units, and comprising: a deflecting roller, which moves backwards and forwards by a swinging arm, which compensates for the different speeds at which the yarn is collected on the bobbin under formation wherein yarn is drawn into the storage position and is then released from this storage position, (i.e. returned). This returning operation releases the yarn from its storage position and replaces it (returns it), to its normal feed path; two proximity sensors which defines the range of swing of the yarn storage and return arm; an electronic control unit which receives an electrical signal from the proximity sensors when the arm swings stray outside the regular range to generate, an electrical control signal which activates a pressure variator which varies the pressure on a disc yarn tensioner. This changes the tension on the yarn to return the storage swing to within the regular range. If irregular swing persists, a bidirectional drive is activated to displace the contact between the bobbin and drive roller to restore the storage swing to within the regular range of values.

This returning operation releases the yarn from its storage position and replaces it (returns it), to is normal feed path; an electronic or similar yarn tension measurer of known type for measuring the tension values of the yarn being wound and to generate electrical signals proportional to said values; an electrical comparator for comparing said electrical signals with one or more reference signals to generate a control signal when an electrical signal arises which indicates a non-regular yarn tension; an electronic control unit for converting said control signal into a signal which varies the amplitude of the swing motion of a drive source; a drive source which increases or decreases the amplitude of its intermittent drive motion in order to adjust the swing movement of the storage arm to an amplitude which is slightly greater or slightly less than the previous value in order to rapidly restore the yarn tension to within the range of values corresponding to regular tension.

    摘要: A device is disclosed, which is useful for subdividing and diluting an accumulated amount of pirns in bulk, which comprises a chute positioned between a pirn container, and a conveyor belt. The conveyor belt is prearranged to transfer and meter a limited number of pirns. Along the chute, at least one barrier wall is provided, which can move along a vertical, or substantially vertical, direction, and is driven by a drive source, whose enabling is commanded by a level sensor located downstream the same barrier wall. A plurality of movable barrier walls, following each other, transversely prearranged along the chute relatively to the pirn falling motion, can be used. Each barrier wall is driven by a drive source, whose enabling is commanded by a level sensor located downstream of the barrier wall.
