Abstract: Disclosed are exemplary embodiments of systems and methods for utilizing vehicle connectivity to facilitate payment account transactions. One exemplary method includes, in response to a detected interest of a consumer, requesting sales data associated with the consumer interest from at least one merchant based on a location of a vehicle associated with the consumer, and creating an order object for a product selected from the sales data. The method also includes appending a vehicle signature, for the vehicle, to the order object, and matching the order object to a transaction object for the selected product based on the vehicle signature. The method further includes transmitting a purchase order to the at least one merchant based on the order object and the transaction object, thereby permitting the at least one merchant to facilitate a payment account transaction for the selected product.

Abstract: Disclosed are exemplary embodiments of systems and methods for utilizing vehicle connectivity to facilitate payment account transactions. One exemplary method includes requesting product data for a merchant, receiving the product data from the merchant, displaying the product data to a user at a vehicle, and receiving a selection of a product therefrom by the user. The method then includes creating an order object for the selected product and appending a vehicle signature, for the vehicle, to the order object. The vehicle signature may include a condition of the vehicle, a sound or vibration of the vehicle, and/or a vehicle identifier modified by an operator. The method then further includes matching the order object to a transaction object for the selected product based on the vehicle signature, and transmitting a purchase order to the merchant for the selected product, based on the order object and the transaction object.

Abstract: An ultra-wideband (UWB)-enabled payment acceptance system can include a UWB anchor and a terminal device. The UWB anchor identifies UWB-enabled devices within a vicinity; and in response to receiving an indication of an intent to perform a payment transaction from a particular UWB-enabled device, the UWB anchor establishes a secure communication channel with the particular UWB-enabled device. The terminal device, via the UWB anchor, communicates transaction related information over the secure communication channel to the particular UWB-enabled device and receives a transaction payload from the particular UWB-enabled device over the secure communication channel. A UWB-enabled device includes a processor, storage, a battery, and a UWB chip. Instructions can be stored in the storage of the UWB-enabled device that when executed by the processor direct the UWB-enabled device to perform various processes supporting frictionless transactions, such as with respect to the UWB-enabled payment acceptance system.

Abstract: A method and a system are provided for secure payment card transactions using a voice enabled device. The user device encodes a tokenized payment card transaction into an inaudible soundwave and emits the soundwave via a speaker to the voice enabled device. The voice enabled device, while in a listening state, detects the inaudible soundwave via a microphone. The voice enabled device decrypts the inaudible soundwave and transmits the decrypted tokenized payment for downstream processing by the payment card system.
