Abstract: Corner portions of an upper edge of the rear-side roof 24 close to the side windows protrude toward a front of the vehicle beyond a rear frame portion of the associated side window. Pillars are positioned on the respective corner portions inside the vehicle. Weatherstrips 34 each include a lip portion 34b covering an upper end portion of the associated pillar from outside of the vehicle while the roof is closed. Sealing members 40 are respectively provided on the inside of the corner portions. An extended sealing portion 40b extends from each sealing member 40. The extended sealing portion 40b blocks a gap, formed between the associated corner portion and the associated pillar and intended for the lip portion 34b, while the front-side roof is open. The lip portion 34b of the weatherstrip 34 is sandwiched between the extended sealing portion 40b and the pillar while the roof is closed.

Abstract: A slide member to lock a roof member stored in a storage space by its rearward sliding and unlock the roof member by its forward sliding is provided. An operational member to rotate around a first rotational axis includes an operational portion to be operated from an inside of a vehicle compartment. A slide member slides longitudinally when a middle member rotates around a second rotational axis. The middle member is linked with the operational member such that it rotates in an opposite direction to a rotational direction of the operational member. The second rotational axis is located at a lower level than the first rotational axis such that the slide member slides forward to an unlock position when the middle member rotates according to an upward rotation of the operational portion.

Abstract: An openable roof includes an expandable and retractable awning frame, and an awning cloth for covering the outside of the awning frame. The awning frame is provided with an awning bow which supports the awning cloth when the awning frame is expanded. The awning bow includes a pair of left and right leg portions extending in up and down directions, and an upper side portion which connects between upper ends of the leg portions in a vehicle width direction. Each of the leg portions of the awning bow is formed with two or more bent parts.
