摘要： A replacement roof top and bracketry for use with a vehicle includes a transparent panel having a generally flat middle portion and curved outer portion(s). The panel comprises one or more attachment mechanisms to facilitate attachment of the assembly to a vehicle. The assembly provides UV protection and is insulated such that the heat from the sun is minimized. The assembly is durable and can withstand temperatures ranging from −200 degrees Fahrenheit to 150 degrees Fahrenheit as well as withstand hurricane-like wind speeds. The panel is configured to fit snugly with the vehicle such that the assembly is weather-resistant.

摘要： An anti-lift sunroof structure is provided, which can be opened and closed on an opening of a vehicle roof. The anti-lift sunroof structure includes a glass panel, a window frame, and a support element. The window frame includes a front frame bar, two side frame bars, and a rear frame bar. Two ends of each side frame bar are respectively connected to the front frame bar and the rear frame bar to form a mounting groove for installation of the glass panel. The support element is arranged corresponding to the front frame bar and includes a stop plate extended away from the rear frame bar. When the anti-lift sunroof structure is in a close position, the stop plate is located under the vehicle roof. Accordingly, sealing capability is prevented from being affected by excessive outward suction from a pressure difference when the vehicle is running at high speed.

摘要： A door rail surround assembly incorporating an anti-rotation feature added to a door rail clamp of the assembly. The anti-rotation feature is a net fit cross vehicle with a hole in the vehicle sport bar thereby eliminating any free movement of the door rail clamp assembly. A second clamp is rotatable for also receiving a fastener of the door rail clamp. A clamp load is applied to the vehicle when the fastener is inserted and torqued to its predetermined value. This clamping load prevents any free movement in the door rail clamp assembly when the door seal load is applied when the vehicle door is closed.

A tip of the flange includes a plurality of notches with respect to an extending direction of the flange. The weather strip includes an inner wall and an outer wall facing each other across the holding groove, and a connection wall that connects the inner wall and the outer wall in a position corresponding to the notch.
