Devices, methods, and systems for prosthesis delivery to patient vasculature are provided. A prosthesis delivery device provided herein delivers a prosthesis to the vasculature of a patient and permits an operator to deploy the prosthesis using a single action mechanism to deploy the prosthesis at a standard deployment rate and a dual action mechanism to deploy the prosthesis at an accelerated deployment rate. Deploying the prosthesis at an accelerated deployment rate results in alterations to the deployed prosthesis structure because the prosthesis is deployed with increased axial compression that results in the prosthesis having increased radial force.

The transition apex, which is susceptible to failure, is stabilized by the gusset in combination with a supporting ligament. The gusset and supporting ligament prevent flexing of the transition apex and the associated failure thereof.

The graft material defines a common iliac lumen extending between the proximal end and the septum, the graft material and the septum defining an internal iliac lumen and an external iliac lumen. The iliac branch device including the iliac septum limb has several modes of adjustability. In addition, the iliac branch device has a relatively small cross-sectional area allowing the iliac branch device to treat relatively small iliac aneurysms in short common iliac arteries. This allows the iliac aneurysms to be treated at very early stages of the disease.
