    摘要: A logical channel data packet transmission method for a user equipment (UE) is provided. The UE includes a processor configured to perform the following instructions. A packet data control protocol (PDCP) packet data unit (PDU) is duplicated to generate a first PDCP PDU and a second PDCP PDU in a PDCP entity. The first PDCP PDU is transmitted to a first radio link control (RLC) bearer. The second PDCP PDU is transmitted to a second RLC bearer. A first RLC PDU is generated in response to the first PDCP PDU in the first RLC bearer. A second RLC PDU is generated in response to the PDCP PDU in the second RLC bearer. The first RLC PDU and the second RLC PDU are received in a medium access control (MAC) entity associated to the first and second RLC bearers.

    摘要: For picture updating, an electrophoretic display erases the ghost image and then continuously turns on a plurality of frames, each for changing only one gray level, so as to gradually adjust each of the pixels to a respective desired gray level, which can simplify and accelerate the picture updating, and reduce the content size of a lookup table. By incorporating with adjusting the time length of the frames, the lightness adjustment of the electrophoretic display can be simplified.

    摘要: An electrophoretic display includes a row driver connected to an electrophoretic display panel via a plurality of gate scanlines, and the row driver has a decoder. When the electrophoretic display is to update a picture that includes only a block to be changed, the decoder decodes a start position and an end position of the block to determine a portion of gate scanlines that are occupied by the block, and the row driver drives only the portion of gate scanlines. Therefore, the update time is shorter and the power consumption is less than that for a full update case.

    摘要: A fan apparatus comprises a fan module and an actuator. The actuator coupled to the fan module comprising a pair of guide rails and an actuating element. In one embodiment, the two ends of each actuating element slidably coupled with the corresponding pair of the guide rail respectively. When the actuating element is driven to slides on the guide rails, a reaction force acts on the fan module for lifting the fan module from an inserted position. In another embodiment, one end of the actuating element is coupled to one guide rail, while the other end of the actuating element is rotatably coupled to a protrusion part slidably coupled in the other guide rail. When the actuating element is driven to slide on one guide rail, a reacting force acts on the protrusion part for inserting the fan module into an inserted position or lifting the fan module therefrom.
