    Abstract: The disclosed computer-implemented method may include accessing various portions of contextual information based on at least one touch input from a touch-based sensor on a mobile electronic device. The method may next include determining, based on the contextual information, which of different operational antenna parameters associated with at least one antenna of the mobile electronic device are to be changed. The method may then include changing the specified operational parameters associated with the antenna on the mobile electronic device according to the determination.     Abstract: The disclosed system may include a housing that includes a non-conducting substrate and a conductive enclosure that at least partially surrounds the non-conducting substrate.     Abstract: The disclosed apparatus may include a transparent NFC antenna that includes a transparent portion and a non-transparent portion. The transparent NFC antenna improves the radiation efficiency of standard NFC antennas by including a transparent conducting film such as metal mesh in the transparent portion, and metalized film in the non-transparent portion. The metalized film can extend along a narrow width of the perimeter of the transparent portion. In one implementation, the transparent NFC antenna can be incorporated into a touch-enabled display panel of a wrist-wearable device without interfering with the usability or viewability of the touch-enabled display panel. Various other implementations are also disclosed.

    Abstract: The disclosed system may include a printed circuit board (PCB) within an enclosure. The system may further include a first antenna affixed to an upper layer of the enclosure above the PCB as well as a second antenna affixed to a lower layer of the enclosure below the PCB. The system may also include a decoupling switch that links the first antenna to the second antenna through the PCB. The decoupling switch may selectively couple the first and second antennas when transmitting or receiving signals above a specified minimum frequency and may decouple the first and second antennas when transmitting or receiving signals below a specified maximum frequency. Various other apparatuses, mobile electronic devices, and methods of manufacturing are also disclosed.
