A method comprises (A) sandwiching, between a first tab portion and a second tab portion, (i) a first commissural portion of a first leaflet, and (ii) a second commissural portion of a second leaflet; (B) attaching the first tab portion and the second tab portion to the sheet by stitching a first stitching through the tab portions and the commissural portions; (C) subsequently, covering the first stitching by: (i) forming the first tab portion into a first tab having an outer layer and an inner layer, and (ii) forming the second tab portion into a second tab having an outer layer and an inner layer; and (D) subsequently, stitching a second stitching through the outer and inner layers, and the commissural portions. Other embodiments are also described.

摘要： A tool is configured for transluminal delivery of an implant. The tool has a proximal part and a distal part, and comprises a shaft that extends longitudinally from the proximal part of the tool to an open distal end. The tool further comprises a control element disposed within the shaft, and a sheath that houses the implant, dimensioned for transluminal delivery. The implant is reversibly coupled to the tool and disposed around the distal portion of the shaft, movement of the control element within the shaft being controllable by the proximal part of the tool. The control element is coupled to the sheath such that movement of the control element proximally within the shaft draws the sheath (i) distally off of the implant, and (ii) into the open distal end of the shaft.

In one implementation, a prosthetic valve may include an annular valve body and a plurality of ventricular anchoring legs configured to extend radially outward from the annular valve body. 摘要： A delivery tool includes a delivery capsule, disposed at a distal portion of the tool. The delivery capsule includes a proximal capsule-portion dimensioned to house a first part of an implant, and a distal capsule-portion dimensioned to house a second part of the implant; and an extracorporeal control portion, disposed at a proximal portion of the tool, the control portion including one or more controllers and one or more locks. The controllers are operatively coupled to the proximal and distal capsule-portions such that the proximal and distal capsule-portions are movable with respect to the implant via actuation of the controllers. The tool has sequential states in which movement of the proximal and distal capsule-portions is variously inhibited or facilitated.
