摘要: A low-resilience polyurethane foam is produced by allowing a low-resilience polyurethane foam composition containing polyisocyanate (a), polyol (b), catalyst (c), and blowing agent (d) to react. The polyisocyanate (a) contains bis(isocyanatomethyl)cyclohexane, and the polyol (b) contains 5 to 30 mass % of polyol (b-1) having an average functionality of 1.5 to 4.5 and a hydroxyl number of 20 to 70 mgKOH/g, and 70 to 95 mass % of polyol (b-2) having an average functionality of 1.5 to 4.5 and a hydroxyl number of 140 to 300 mgKOH/g.

摘要: In a polyurethane gel 1 including a gel layer 2 and a coat layer 3 covering the gel layer 2, the gel layer 2 is produced by allowing at least aliphatic polyisocyanate having an average functionality of more than 2.0 to react with polyol having an average functionality of 3.0 or less, and the coat layer 3 is produced by allowing at least aliphatic diisocyanate and/or alicyclic diisocyanate to react with bifunctional active hydrogen compound.

摘要: A method for producing a polyurethane resin includes a reaction step of obtaining a primary product by reacting a polyisocyanate component containing a bis(isocyanatomethyl)cyclohexane with a polyol component containing a low molecular weight polyol having a number average molecular weight of 400 or less and a high molecular weight polyol having an average molecular weight of 2500 or more and 4000 or less under the presence of a bismuth catalyst, and a heat treatment step of heat treating the primary product to obtain a polyurethane resin. The bismuth catalyst content in the polyurethane resin is 0.1 ppm or more and 1000 ppm or less, and the heat treatment conditions in the heat treatment step are 50° C. or more and 100° C. or less and three days or more and ten days or less.
