Abstract: Efficient use of channel bandwidth response, response timing, along with the ability to acquire the most accurate and up to date response are provided for management of virtual assistant search queries within a communication system (100). Improved management is obtained using an artificial intelligence (AI) server (104) controlling response activity to a query communication device (102) by incorporating one or more of: adjusting verbosity of responses (158), redirecting queries from the AI server to alternate resources (412), and/or prioritizing of a response (506) based on wait time.

Abstract: A method and system for utilizing fault information of a first system device in a first communication system to change a second communication system is provided. A first fault update is received from the first communication system at a cloud-based fault management service. The first fault update includes a request to update first system device fault information in a common database. The common database is updated by the cloud-based fault management service with the first fault update. The cloud-based fault management service performs smart analytics utilizing the first fault update to change the second communication system.

Abstract: Systems and methods of projecting graphical objects are disclosed. In one example, a system includes a virtual reality (VR) rendering engine configured to generate a virtual reality space of a geographic region of interest with a graphical feature that represents a physical feature in the geographic region of interest. A display is configured to display a VR graphical user interface (GUI) with the generated virtual reality space and a menu including graphical objects. A graphical object may be placed on the graphical feature in the virtual reality space. A projector interface determines a projection surface on the physical feature based on the placement of the graphical object in the virtual reality space and generates instructions for a projector to project an image of the graphical object onto the projection surface in the physical feature of the geographic region of interest.
