摘要: A filtration system for a fuel system for a marine vessel engine. The system comprising: an inlet for fluid connection to a settling tank; an outlet for fluid connection to a service tank; and an arrangement of plural primary filtration devices The arrangement is fluidly connected between the inlet and outlet so that fuel flowing from the settling tank via the inlet to the service tank via the outlet passes through at least one of the primary filtration devices. The system is configured so that each respective primary filtration device operates, independently of each other primary filtration device in: a first mode, in which the fuel flows in a first direction through a filter of the respective primary filtration device to remove contaminants from the fuel, or a second mode, in which a fluid flows through the filter in a second direction, opposite the first direction, to dislodge the contaminants.

摘要: Disclosed is a fuel system (20) for an engine (4) of a marine vessel (1). The fuel system (20) comprises a settling tank (110) for cleaning fuel for the engine (4), and a service tank (130) for storing fuel for the engine (4). The fuel system (20) also comprises a filtration system (220) comprising a first filter (222) through which fuel flowing from the settling tank (110) to the service tank (130) passes. The filtration system (220) is configured to be operable in a first mode in which the first filter (222) removes contaminants from fuel flowing from the settling tank (110) to the service tank (130), and in a second mode in which fuel flows from the service tank (130) through the first filter (222) to dislodge the contaminants from the first filter (222).

摘要: An oil blending system for a marine diesel two-stroke engine and/or generator comprises a blender having at least one inlet for receiving a lubrication oil and at least one other component and at least one outlet for outputting a mixed lubrication oil composition to the engine or generator. A blender controller is configured to receive parameter data on the current lubrication oil status used in the engine or generator and receive parameter data on the current engine and/or generator status. The blender controller is also configured to automatically determine whether the currently used lubrication oil is within a predetermined parameter range based on the current engine and/or generator status. If the current lubrication oil is outside a predetermined parameter threshold, the blender controller is configured to determine a new lubrication oil composition for the engine or generator.
