    摘要: A continuous deodorizing apparatus for fat and oil comprising a deodorizing tower, a steam ejector for keeping the pressure inside the deodorizing tower at a vacuum and a steam superheater, the deodorizing tower housing a heating tray disposed uppermost, a charge control tray beneath the heating tray, a heat exchange tray at the bottom, a discharge control tray just above the heat exchange tray, and at least one deodorizing tray disposed between the charge control tray and the discharge control tray. The superheated steam generated by the steam superheater is used as the heat transfer medium for heating the feedstock fat and oil in the heating tray and, then utilized as the operating steam of the steam ejector.

    摘要: Method of manufacturing a metal gasket including a base plate having at least fluid passage holes and circular beads surrounding the fluid passage holes, the base plate being formed by providing a rubber coating layer on a surface of a metal plate with a base coat and an adhesive interposed therebetween. A metal plate having low-temperature age-hardening characteristics is used as the metal plate of the base plate. After the base coat is applied to the metal plate and dried at a temperature lower than a low aging temperature of the metal plate, press-working of the circular beads is performed on the metal plate. Thereafter, the metal plate is age-hardened while burning the base coat at the low aging temperature of the metal plate. A metal gasket having excellent durability and circular beads which are hardly broken even when crushed, is obtained.

    摘要: A high-performance stainless steel sheet which has a high strength which is optimal for a gasket for use in high-performance engines of automobiles and motorcycles and which also has excellent workability and fatigue properties and a method for its manufacture are provided. At least in a region from the surface of the sheet up to 3 μm in the thickness direction, nitrogen compounds of at least 10 nm and at most 200 nm are present in an amount of at least 200 per 100 μm2. The number of nitrogen compounds of at least 10 nm and at most 200 nm in a region from the sheet surface up to 3 μm in the thickness direction of the sheet is at least 2 times the number of nitrogen compounds of this size in the central portion of the sheet thickness.

    摘要: There is provided a rare-earth permanent magnet optimized to an IPM type motor for a car, capable of improving corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and impact resistance. The rare-earth permanent magnet 16 is configured by forming an electroplated Ni coating film 21, of which thickness is 15 μm or more and 30 μm or less and of which shape is a columnar crystal structure, on a surface of a R—Fe—B system permanent magnet (R is a rare-earth element) 22. The electroplated Ni coating film 21 has a high hardness region, where the Vickers hardness is 300 or more and 600 or less, and a low hardness region, where the Vickers hardness is 150 or more and 300 or less. The rare-earth permanent magnet 16 is used in a state where the rare-earth permanent magnet 16 is inserted into a slot of a yoke in a rotor of an IPM type motor for a car.
