The image pickup apparatus includes photographing lens which forms an object image, a photoelectric conversion unit which is disposed on a predicted image plane of the photographing lens, a display unit which displays a photographed image obtained by the photoelectric conversion unit, an image display control unit which displays the photographed image by the display unit after the photographed image is obtained by the photoelectric conversion unit, a distance information acquiring unit which obtains distance information in the photographed image, and a blur correcting unit which performs blur correction on the photographed image based on the distance information obtained by the distance information acquiring unit. The image display control unit displays the photographed image where plural distances in the photographed image are focused.

摘要： An index extraction unit detects indices from a sensed image sensed by a sensing unit which senses an image of a physical space on which a plurality of indices is laid out. A convergence arithmetic unit calculates position and orientation information of the sensing unit based on the detected indices. A CG rendering unit generates a virtual space image based on the position and orientation information. A sensed image clipping unit extracts, as a display image, an image in a display target region from the sensed image. An image composition unit generates a composite image by compositing the extracted display image and the generated virtual space image. A display unit displays the composite image.

By setting a gate length to be less than a depth of a channel region, a side surface of the channel region and a side surface of the n type impurity region adjacent to the channel region form a substantially perpendicular junction surface. Thus, since a depletion layer widens uniformly in a depth direction of a substrate, it is possible to secure a predetermined breakdown voltage. Furthermore, since an interval between the channel regions, above which the gate electrode is disposed, is uniform from its surface to its bottom, it is possible to increase an impurity concentration of the n type impurity region, resulting in an achievement of a low on-resistance.
