    摘要: A light source unit includes a light source group wherein light sources are arranged into rows and columns so as to form a planar configuration and a primary reflecting mirror group disposed on an optical axis of the light source group to reflect light beams emitted from the light source group as light beams whose sectional areas are reduced in a column direction by narrowing intervals between light beams emitted from the light sources making up the rows of the light source group, the primary reflecting mirror group includes different strip-like reflecting mirrors disposed on optical axes of light beams emitted from the rows of the light source group in a step-like fashion, and the reflecting mirrors are disposed to eliminate intervals between reflected light beams from the reflecting mirrors, thereby making it possible to reduce the sectional areas of the light beams.

    摘要: A light source unit is provided which includes a lamp and a reflector for reflecting rays of light emitted by a light emitting element of the lamp and for focusing the reflected rays of light. In order to focus on a predetermined focal point the rays of light emitted by the light emitting element of the lamp and refracted by a cross-sectional shape of the lamp, the reflector has a concave reflective shape formed so as to satisfy a predetermined calculation expression. Alternatively, a reflective surface shape of the reflector may be obtained by shifting portions of an ellipse and rotating a curve of the shifted portions around the optical axis of the light source unit.

    摘要: A liquid crystal viewfinder includes a plurality of liquid crystal display sections for respectively displaying images of a plurality of colors so as to obtain a full-color image, and an eyepiece. The liquid crystal display sections are arranged on the same plane along an outer side surface of an image pick up apparatus. The eyepiece is arranged outside the liquid crystal display sections in such a manner that the optical axis of the eyepiece is set to be substantially parallel to the direction in which the liquid crystal display sections are arranged. An image light reflecting mirror is arranged on the incidence side of the eyepiece so as to reflect an image light beam from one of the liquid crystal display sections to the eyepiece. Image light synthesizing mirrors are arranged between the image light reflecting mirror and the eyepiece so as to reflect image light beams from the other liquid crystal display sections to the eyepiece and to transmit the image light beam reflected by the image light reflecting mirror.

    摘要: A liquid crystal projector of the type, wherein the light emitted from a light source is split into a red beam, a green beam, and a blue beam, and these beams are applied to red-image, green-image, and blue-image display LCD panels, the red-image beam, the green-image beam, and the blue-image beam emerging from these LCD panels are combined and projected by a projection lens, thereby to form a full-color image. The projector has an optical system which guides the beams such that these beam have optical paths of the same length which extend from the light source or the LCD panels to the projection lens.

    摘要: A seal useful in sealing slide out rooms used in recreational vehicles. The seal may be used singularly or in pairs to straddle a wall through which the opening is located. A bulb is attached to the base in a cantilevered manner over the base. The bulb has an outer arcuate portion that is integrally joined to opposing sidewall portions. The sidewall portions extend into an inner wall that defines an enclosed space within the bulb portion. The bulb portion may also have a protrusion that can touch the base. A wiper extends from the base substantially co-linearly to the base and opposite the offsetting member. A locating leg extending from the base is movable between a first position and a second position. The first position has the locating leg perpendicular to the base and the second position places the locating leg parallel to the base.

In a case in which the playing of content is stopped, bookmark information including a time stamp representing the stopped position of the content is stored in association with predetermined identification information. The bookmark information is available for various apparatuses transmitting the identification information. When playing the content from a position designated by the information from a predetermined apparatus, the time stamp included in the bookmark information is referred to and the playing of the content from the stopped position is started. The present invention can be applied to various apparatuses such as a personal computer, audio equipment, a PDA, a mobile phone and the like.
