摘要： A torque fluctuation absorber which is unlikely applied with an foreign material such as dust on a limiter portion during transporting the torque fluctuation absorber. The torque fluctuation absorber includes a flywheel for transmitting a driving force from a power source and a damper mechanism having a limiter portion which includes a frictional member being frictionally engaged with the flywheel on an external peripheral side and connected to an input shaft of a transmission on an internal peripheral side. The torque fluctuation absorber further includes a supporting mechanism for performing a frictional engagement of the frictional member by supporting the frictional member in an axial direction of a drive shaft under a condition before assembling the flywheel to the damper mechanism.

摘要： A torque fluctuation absorber includes a disc fixed to a flywheel, a hub fixed to a transmission, first and second side plates fixed to the disc, a damper member, first and second control plates provided at axial both sides of the hub, the first and second control plates being riveted by a stopper pin, a first hysteresis mechanism including first and second low friction members and generating a small hysteresis, and a second hysteresis mechanism including first and second high friction members and generating a large hysteresis. The hub includes a flange portion having a through-hole into which the stopper pin is inserted. A relative rotational angle between the control plates and the hub is defined by a clearance formed between the through-hole and the hub. The first hysteresis mechanism is activated when the relative rotational angle is defined within the clearance.

摘要： A torque fluctuation absorbing device includes a damping mechanism connected with an input shaft of a transmission. The damping mechanism has an approximately annular-shaped frictional member, which is fixed to both surfaces of a disc disposed at outer peripheral portion. The torque fluctuation absorbing device further includes a flywheel for transmitting driving force from a driving power source, a first plate rotated with the flywheel and abutting on a first surface of the frictional member, a second plate abutting on a second surface of the frictional member, a coned disk spring for biasing the second plate against the frictional member, a supporting member rotated with the first plate and supporting the coned disk spring, and a plurality of fixation members for fixing the first plate with the supporting member. The first plate includes a reinforcement portion which reinforces rigidity of the first plate at an inner circumference portion located radially inwardly relative to the frictional member.
